emmashealth I NEED HELP!!!!!! Since Christmas I have been struggling to get back on it. I have no motivation at all. I have gained weight and cry about it but even that doesn't get me back into the healthy mind set. I need some tips or advice because I want this so bad but I just don't know how to get back on it 6mon

emmashealth Quest bars are the best thing ever omg!!!!! Just tried the cookies and cream one, half in the microwave and half as it is. It was delicious. Can't wait to buy some more. I definitely recommend them!!! 7mon

emmashealth I know it's been a while but I'm back! Having an early dinner tonight because of work. Also I was wondering if someone could help me. I have gone back to tracking what I eat and it gives me a limit of what I need to eat. With the sugars I am way over, but only because I have at least 3 pieces a day. Should I try and cut it out or is it okay that I'm over my limit because it's fruit? 7mon

emmashealth I'm going on holiday next week and feel like I'm going to struggle to eat healthy. I've worked so heard there past few months and don't want to ruin it all, so I was wondering whether anyone had any advice/tips to help me whilst I'm away? 8mon
  •   charlotteschange @emmashealth I went on holiday over the summer and managed to maintain :) the first 2 days will be the toughest, once you get past them you now you can do it so it gets easier if that makes sense, so be as healthily as you can from the beginning, it you start bad then you will continue for the whole holiday! Get as much exercise as you can, lots of swimming and walking :) get motivation from hot people in bikinis haha! Only have one plate of things and allow yourself one small treat everyday (like a small cake or some icecream) so you feel satisfied :) good luck!!! X 8mon

emmashealth Dinner: got to admit it doesn't look the nicest but it tastes good. 4 egg omelette (2 whole, 2 whites), sweet potato and burnt carrot chips I also had some raisins and a small glass of orange juice earlier 8mon

emmashealth My name is Emma and I'm 17. I've been thinking for a while that I wanted to start an Instagram account based on healthy eating and fitness. For about 6 months now I've been on a journey to become a healthier and happier person and have managed to lose over a stone. I was never happy with how I looked and now I can finally say I am actually starting to think I look okay. I know I still have quite a long way to go because I have a few stubborn pounds left to lose and need to tone up. As of right now I am doing the #wobbletomodel programme with results with lucy and feel like I am stuck and not doing really achieving anything. Last week was the first week of doing it and I put on 2lbs, something which made me quite upset, although I have lost a few cm from areas of my body. I know the number on the scales shouldn't matter but I just can't stop thinking that it does. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and explain my situation and even though I've followed fitness accounts on my personal account for a while, I really want this to help me stay motivated and reach my goals. 8mon
