elisagomez25 Yes! Im all smiles in the picture, I love the beach but I am terrified of deep water ( I know but that's just me). When we went on our Beachbody rewards trip, my teammates and I decided to got treated to an excursion... Little did I know that, speedboat was part Of the deal, we got there and the instructor was telling us what to expect and how to conduct the boat, my mind instantly said RUN, but I hold on... We started.. Fear consuming me like you have no idea... Until we got familiar with it... I kicked fear to the side and dealt with it... After we finished, I felt like an unstoppable badass. Make a point to do something that scares you, you will love the feeling of satisfaction after you conquer your fear!

I guarantee it is probably your spouse, your kids, your parents, or someone that's very close to you. Then write down the reason you need stay healthy for them. elisagomez25 Push ups are my biggest struggle, no lie, I rather do burpee lunges or any of the jumps. Instead of running away form push ups I do the best I can. Don't get discouraged if you can't get a move right of the bat, instead do your best and next time push for one more. The strength is in you. Don't compare your results with everyone else's, this is your journey, your mistakes, your progress. Aim for more and be proud of you 5d
