ekittle Our bodies have a fabulously funny way of showing us exactly what we need. Instead of seeing them as flaws or problems, take them as signs of where you need to direct more love and attention in your life. Mine was definitely telling me to slow down and get my ass on my mat. And after a few muscle cramps it was telling me I need more magnesium in my diet and I need to stretch my hips more. Yes I have 100 other things I could've done to 'be more productive' than spend 30 min stretching, but we truly need to take care of ourselves and recharge before we can give our best in any other area of our lives.

ekittle The first time I met Claire was when she and my brother drove down from Iowa to pick me up in Norman and head down to TX. George was SO excited to introduce us for the first time {he talked to me about her ALL the time} When they got to my house {425 Castro ️} instead of calling, they ran straight into my bedroom where I was standing in my underwear w a towel on my head George picked me up, spun me around and put me straight into Claire's arms where she gave me the BIGGEST first hug I've ever had. ekittle 🔅A lot of the videos I share are of the moves most difficult variations. Let's just get this straight :: THERE ARE MODIFICATIONS FOR EVERY MOVE! Both to make them easier and more difficult. 🔅I modify almost everyday either bc I can't do the move (all the push-ups) or something in my body is acting up (knee or lower back usually). Or sometimes I just didn't sleep well and don't have the energy to do power jumps for 60 seconds . 🔅Listen to your body. Just bc you CAN do the most difficult move does NOT mean you always should do them. Getting healthy and in shape comes in stages. And that's why I encourage even 'beginners' or people who have never tried a program like this to jump in anyway. You'll learn the mods, get stronger and eventually crush your max outs! 🔅Our bodies can do ANYTHING we want them to do. But we have to be patient and allow time to adapt and adjust to avoid injury and stay on track. We can do it!! ekittle Maxed out twice today made a fitness video 🏽 went live for my first time 🤓 and then found this muscle! ️ I always tell my team it's important to take pics bc it is SO MOTIVATING to see the small changes in your body over time!! Take pics, love your body and be proud of the work you're putting in! Not everyone wakes up early to better themselves. Accomplishing something before your day starts is the best way to set the tone for MORE ACCOMPLISHMENTS 3d

ekittle Last night one of my mentors was talking to me about the 24 hour rule. You have 24 hours to celebrate a victory and 24 hours to throw yourself a pity party. Do it, be in it and get over it. We're all human and need a break. But anything over 24 hours gets us out of our groove. Don't give events or people in our lives too much energy. They will control your thoughts and thus your time.
Felt good to get what I was feeling out there but now I'm ready to get back to work! 🏽 Scheduled a chunk of time to implement a new time management strategy today. I love getting organized 🤓 time to find my groove! 🏽️🌎 #prayplayslay

ekittle Now that my fitness challenge is starting, I've had a handful of people reach out and tell me they wish they had joined. But the didn't feel ready for the challenge. There will NEVER be a perfect time to jump into a challenge, try something new, put yourself out there... You just have to BELIEVE that your desire to change is GREATER than your desire to stay the same. I hope that if you felt this way but never said anything that you will be JOINING us at the half way point!! 🏽 what's the worst thing that'll happen?
