efitmama Last #flex in the hotel 🏼 Moving into an apartment until repairs are done on our house. A king size bed, kitchen, separate room for the kids. Ahhh! It's pretty crazy the little things we take for granted. Living out of a hotel with two kids is NOT fun! We made it work for the past 10 days, but I will not miss it! 1w

efitmama With only 30 minutes in the gym this week, I have to make the most out of my time and workouts! So I've been adding plyos between weight training. The goal is to keep my heart rate up the entire 30 minutes with only taking small rests as needed. I added in these two plyo exercises today - skater toe taps and sumo box jumps 1w
