efitmama A year ago today I quit my job in the corporate world to pursue my #passion of helping others reach their #fitness goals. I was scared, anxious, nervous and EXCITED! I walked blindly in #faith that this was where God wanted me. This was and is the purpose for my life at this very moment. I went to college, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree that really has nothing to do with my current profession. I had plans for my future that I was so adamant about. And it just hit me one day like a ton of bricks. What I was doing in the corporate world wasn’t making me happy. It wasn’t fulfilling me or my purpose. It wasn’t using the skills that God has given me. I wasn’t able to be the mother that God made me to be because I was working for somebody else, doing a job that (to me) was irrelevant to any goal I had. I was away from my kids and husband more than I was with them. I was unhappy with the mediocracy I was living. So I made BIG changes. I took a leap of faith and here I am a year later - It was the BEST decision I have ever made! 200%! I am right where I need to be at this very moment. 5d

efitmama #TransformationTuesday - from cardio only 5-6x a week to weight training 5x a week - I weigh about 6-8 lbs more on the right than I did on the left. Lean muscle weighs more but takes up less space than fat. I feel good, healthy and strong 1w
