  •   efitmama @kylaaadawn sure! 3 sets: lunges in squat rack, deadlifts, cable kickbacks, bridge lifts. 10 reps each except 15 for bridge lifts. 3 sets sumo squat on smith, reverse back squat and good mornings. 10 reps for all. And 3 sets leg extension, leg press and hip abductors. 10 reps for all except 20 for abductors 2d

I suggest preparing your food ahead of time, making it a priority to get your workout in each day, keep healthy food and snacks on you at all times. Keep track of your progress by weighing only once a week, same day and time and no more. Take measurements weekly or bi-weekly as well and progress pictures 4d
