efitmama I have gone through some personal things over the last 6 months or so. I have learned more about myself and about life than I ever have before. I have never felt so free, so revived, so content and so grateful than I do in this moment. Nothing in life is perfect...and that's what makes it so great. I feel like I am finally living. It took me 28 years to get here and there is so much more I want and need to accomplish. But for now, for now I am happy just being. I know my worth and I know what I want. I am the only person who can stand in the way of that. There is something so refreshing about knowing who you are. I encourage everybody to take a step back and just breathe. Just live in the moment. Find true happiness. It doesn't come in material things; but in memories. In moments. Things that can't be taken away. Don't go through life as blind sheep, question things. Soak in knowledge and different perspectives. Live a full life. Take risks. There are no guarantees - but there are regrets. JUST DO IT. 3h

efitmama If it's important to you, you'll find a way. If not, you'll find an excuse. Getting started is the hardest part. Once you form a habit though, it becomes a part of your daily routine. It becomes a part of you. Natural and instinctive. Every day that I work out, I set a small goal for myself that I can achieve, if I push hard enough during my workout. That way I have something that challenges me that I strive to accomplish. It becomes something that I want for myself because it makes me feel good. It makes me feel not only physically strong, but mentally strong as well. You have to train your mind to be positive in all that you do. It makes EVERYTHING achievable. You are what you constantly think. You can do what you think you can do. Mind over matter. Nobody holds me back but myself so if I want something I set myself and my mind up for success rather than failure. 6d
