eatlovesquat Sorry about my disappearance! I was so stressed out about School and everything that I just dropped everything and took it easy for a while. But now i'm here in beautiful Barcelona and I feel great! So I swear I will post more from now on! Here is my first beach snack idea: bring fruit on a stick with a bowl of dark chocolate and nuts. After a while in the sun, the chocolate will melt and you'll have a fondue! Hope you all are having a great summer! 1y

eatlovesquat If anyone is out there, please call for help. I'm in the middle of a intensive workout and my sister locked me out on the balcony when I was making active rest, and she left the house so i'm all alone. The rest of my equipment is inside and I still have 6 exercises left. I have run out of ways to use the kettlebell and my pulse is already down to resting pulse. Now this kettlebell is my only company. Bianca, if you see this, you will pay. And this is not the same as locking you inside the toilet at the graduation party. I guess all I can do now is pray. 1y

eatlovesquat You know those days when you wake up feeling like you want to make a rhubarb pie? Well today was one of those days for me. Usually when I make crumble pie I just use granola as crust which is easy and works great! But since i'm trying to avoid gluten I came up with a chickpea based crust! eatlovesquat My dinner today! Lean lamb burger with mhammara and some feta cheese on top.
Since it's pretty boring to eat chicken and tuna every day I like to have prepared dips in the fridge that I can add to my meals. Mhammara is a libanese walnut and hot pepper meze dip and one of my favorites! The recipe for my lazy version of mhammara is up on my blog EatLoveSquat.com

eatlovesquat Today I tried the famous questbar "cinnamon rolls" that i've been wanting to taste. And it was as i've heard amazing! And the best thing was that they are all natural. But then i thought, since they are all natural I can just make them myself. So I did, and they were amazing too! Especially the ginger bread one because it tasted pretty much like ginger bread dough! And the best part? 26 grams of protein per bar! That's even more than the original quest bar! Oh wait there is a another best..er..er(I don't know english when i'm tired) part, it's only five ingredients! I'll post the recipe tomorrow morning! Good night 1y

eatlovesquat I eat hummus several times a week because it's healthy, easy, has an extreme low GI value of 6(!) and it's just super tasty. I have grown up eating it with pita bread, so it was difficult to stop, but now i'm used to it. But if any of you guys have a gluten free pita recipe to share i'd appreciate it a lot!   •   eatlovesquat When I don't have sesame at home I use walnuts, sunseeds or pine nuts. Pine nuts are my favourite with hummus. You don't even need a paste, i throw them in whole in a food processor together with the rest of the ingredients and it comes out smooth:) @littlemissvintagesorrygrandma 1y

  •   getfluffyordietrying Åt också hommus med pita hela tiden förut. Brukar äta det med surdegsbröd nu ibland. Sedan finns det ett bröd man kan göra på 2 äggvitor, 2 1/2 msk mjöl och salt. Vispa äggvitorna till hårt skum och tillsätt resten. Lägg på ett oljat bakplåtspapper in i ugnen 200 grader i ca 5 min. Tror det nog skulle funka att äta med hommus! :) 1y

eatlovesquat 100% clean cookie dough bites! Even though the chocolate chip cookie dough bites were already perfect the last time I did them, I wanted to try an even healthier version of them. So I switched the chocolate chips to cacao nibs, the peanut butter to almond butter, reduced the agave syrup to half and added some drops of stevia and added sesame seeds.. Just because I love sesame seeds. They were really good! Ofcourse they aren't as sweet and gewy as the last ones but I will definitely eat them again this month when I'll be on a very strict meal plan. The original recipe is up on my blog, so if you want to try this version just swith out the ingredients as I did. Hope you clean eaters like them

eatlovesquat Today it's mothers day in sweden and I surprised her with breakfast in bed! Since i've been coaching her, she has lost 8 kg! So I thought she deserved some sourdough baguette with avokado butter, sun dried tomatoes and alfa-alfa sprouts. Sourdough bread is a healthier choice if you feel like treating yourself, since it has lower glycemic index than normal bread, and it stays fresh longer! 1y

eatlovesquat Yesterday I had my first bowl of chia pudding! I made a chocolate coffee chia protein pudding. It was delicious and made me full and satisfied butt also gave me a very light feeling in my stomach. Thanks alot to @fantasticallyfit @keeleydart @hey_sakika @katiewalker97 who gave me great pudding ideas, and everyone else who gave me other tips on how to use chia seeds!   •   eatlovesquat Haha that's probably better:p one measurement is for european "deceliter" and the other is for u.s "cups". So it's dl/cup. But if you measure in grams, 1 fluid dl is about 100 grams:) @_charlui_ 1y

My family woke me up with a delicious breakfast in bed. My favourite sandwich; sour dough bread with avokado spread, sundried tomatoes and spinach, Chai latte and a valhrona chocolate mousse cake that i have on my birthday every year
And I got the most perfect gifts! Now i'm gonna make myself a birthday cake for tonight! Because I don't trust anyone else to make it right
