  •   popboxkitchen @eatlovenoodles we do use sweet potato flour for this and it is granular but you can find different types, a more grainy type or a finer type (the one I use). But the result is still going to be quite grainy. Tbh your photo looks pretty good! @salvationinnoodles thanks for the shout out!
