drewcoffman Really struck by the light behind this silhouetted tree. Beautiful and gnarled, at the same time. 1w

drewcoffman Hyperlapse is pretty insane. Really excited to see how we can put this tech to work for Underground Media. Used this (equally insane) giant jellyfish as a test shoot model. 4w

drewcoffman It's about time for us to end our travels up north. Ottawa has been very kind to me, and I got a lot of thinking, writing, and shooting done while I was in this city. 4w

drewcoffman The Ottawa River opens to the Rideau Canal through a series of 8 hand-operated locks which have been functioning for almost 200 years now. It's an astonishing sight to see such an old yet expertly-crafted system still in place, and it's even more wild to walk out onto the locks as Kristine was brave enough to do. I decided to snap a photo when she was least expecting it. 4w

drewcoffman The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts was home to quite a few really incredible pieces — including a giant red and yellow Chihuly outside — but this simple yet strangely elaborate tree struck me as one of the most beautiful. 4w

drewcoffman Ottawa is home to so many beautiful and historic buildings, including the Château Laurier which was built in 1912. It's also home to quite a few scenic views of said sights, like this one taken from a skywalk. 4w

drewcoffman The first thing I sought out in Ottawa was a coffee shop for a nitro cold brew coffee and a croissant to start the day. 4w

drewcoffman I've always enjoyed taking flights. They often create a short and socially acceptable opportunity to be inward-thinking and insular, with few outside distractions (besides the occasional turbulence) keeping you from reading, or writing, or praying, or just thinking. A much appreciated moment. 4w
