dragankonjevic Essential Fatty Acids are a huge debate. Quite frequently because of misunderstood facts about fats.
The fish industry would have you believe that ALA cannot convert to DHA or EPA very well. The fact is, that is incorrect. The only reason fish contain EPA and DHA is because of the food they eat. We can and always were able to convert ALA to DHA and EPA at will, similar to provitamin As like beta carotene.
This allows the body to convert the necessary fatty acids or in the example of vitamin A, while avoid toxicity. Also fish oils have been prompted as athletic enhancers, but studies found that it actually reduced endurance in athletes.
Fish oils are also contaminated with heavy metals, pollutants such as dioxin the most toxic man made chemical ever created and more
In addition, (and this is a big point) ALL fish oils contain lipid peroxide. This is a known human carcinogen.
When taking high quality ALA omega oils it converts to DHA and EPA in quantities the body demands, in this case it does have many therapeutic benefits.

Some are:
Provides structural support for the outer walls or membranes of the body’s cells
Helps convert the nutrients from foods into usable forms of energy
Assists in cell-to-cell communication
Makes it possible for nutrients to pass from the blood through the cell walls
Helps substances in the cells to pass into the blood
Assists in manufacturing red blood cells
Decreases inflammation
Lowers triglycerides
Makes blood less sticky
Raises HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol)
Decreases arrhythmias (irregular heart rhythm)
Decreases blood pressure
Enhances the action of insulin
Helps protect against oxidation and ischemic heart disease
Reduces PMS symptoms
Assists mitochondrial function (energy-producing parts of the cells)
Protects against CVD
Aids in weight loss

Lack of EFAs contribute to: Alzheimer's disease
seizure disorders
Neurological conditions
Arthritis
Heart disease
Cancer
Accelerated aging
Autoimmune disease
And more

dragankonjevic Dr. Burzynski, Dr. Simoncini, and Rick Simpson are the few people that everyone should be informed about, all 3 can be found on YouTube for their documentaries. Dr. Burzynski does gene target therapy and has battled the FDA for over 20 years without conviction, the documentary establishes the tyranny we call the FDA. Dr. Simoncinis therapy is based on his theory of cancer is a fungus which has also proven effect. Lastly is Rick Simpson a Canadian and author, but not a medical doctor. Regardless he has used high potency cannabis oil to heal himself of skin cancer and helped heal other forms of cancer. There are much that I know of that have effective treatment therapies that are nontoxic as well. I highly suggest everyone looks into these 3 individuals. 4d

dragankonjevic Atherosclerosis (also known as arteriosclerotic vascular disease or ASVD) a man in his early 50's had a heart attack due to atherosclerosis with one artery being 100% clogged and another being 40-60% clogged. Surgery was completed and the plaque that was fully blocked was removed and a stent was placed inside to keep the artery open. This kind of illness develops from inflammation and overeating, especially the wrong foods. Other contributing factors are a hormone imbalance, in his case it was from drinking tons of soy products. Soy has anti-nutrient factors that inhibit the thyroid function and also mimic estrogen in the body. When a man's estrogen is being pushed higher, the testosterone will decrease to try and make a balance. This was confirmed through blood tests. Once I informed him and asked him to stop drinking/eating all soy products, his next blood test was more balanced then before. He was also told by the conventional medical system that we could not reverse his atherosclerosis. This is in fact not true, and not just because I know it not to be, but also because doctors and nutritionists have done it long ago. For example nutritionist Nathan Pritikin, reversed his "irreversible atherosclerosis", and physician Dean Ornish who also treated and reversed it with his diet. Another named Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn & Dr. Colin Campbell. All of these doctors understood the importance of a vegan diet. Many other doctors heal heart disease with the elimination of animal foods. This is an extremely effective way and with implementation of certain nutrient supplements this is a completely reversible and preventable disease. The use of a statin drug would not allow you to ever reverse your atherosclerosis. On the contrary, it will also cause a depletion of coq10 and destroy all hormones in the body. Statins block the enzyme in the liver that creates cholesterol and all hormones are derived from it. Thus you cause more imbalances and can create more disease. The man that I helped using a vegan diet and nutrient supplements is improving daily now and is getting closer to completing something he was told he could never do. 4w

dragankonjevic Anxiety [the picture illustrates how anxiety can often have overlaps with other conditions.] I have been assessing biochemical necessities for anxiety for about two years, constantly. Some in people with very severe and some moderate, and even from time to time myself. So far I have never seen or dealt with a case that needed any kind of prescription drug. All have had success with holistic natural medicine.
Even in severe cases of a patient with a serious illness that is the source of severe anxiety. The application of certain vitamins have been absolutely effective. Prior, the anxiety had been untreated and severe episodes occurring. I would say out of any condition or any topic relative to health I have been assessing biochemical necessities for anxiety much longer and much more frequently than any other. Based upon what I have seen and what I believe based on logic and application, no drug is going to help you take control of your life. Lifestyle changes and certain vitamins and minerals work very well.
In fact I have also been witness to certain drugs that medical doctors prescribe being the root cause. Even when the patient begs to be switched off the doctor says "it couldn't possibly be the drug" "how do you know you are anxious?" "How do you know it's the drug?". These are serious replies some of the people I have helped have gotten. When I introduced another medical doctor and the patient switched to a better drug and then slowly reduce the drug in efforts to get off (withdrawal being a factor), there has been significant reductions in anxiety.
Anxiety is still a factor, the drug amplifies it. The underlying anxiety can be more easily controlled with holistic medicine.
The conclusion here: anxiety can be controlled with holistic applications.

dragankonjevic April 2014
Trigeminal neuralgia also known as prosopalgia, Fothergill's disease, or formerly suicide disease
The photo above is Edvard Munch's "The Scream" that has been used as a symbol of facial pain and also specifically of trigeminal neuralgia.

Verica had gotten shingles which had then aggravated the trigeminal nerve; above the eyebrow, below the eye, and on the cheek. It has been said to be the most painful condition known to mankind, literally feeling like your face is on fire.
Prior to her seeing me she had gone to conventional doctors. They had given her Lyrica, a powerful anticonvulsant drug now used for pain. She had been taking 4 of those pills every day for 3 years without any improvement and no further help from her doctor. She had also been periodically taking injections to numb the nerve with little results, only lasting short periods of time, usually around 24 hours.
When she came to me I put her on a group of vitamins & amino acids. We increased the doses slowly. At half the prescribed dose she had begun, after 3 years of suffering, to take only 1 pill per day of Lyrica and some days she felt so good and didn't need any Lyrica at all. No pain was periodically experienced for the first time in 3 years. She experienced some more serious withdrawal systems from the drug on days when she felt no pain and didn't take the drug.I instructed her to take it if there were symptoms of withdrawal or pain.
She had to leave back to her home country so I instructed her to buy the amount of vitamins and amino acids I prescribed to last her stay. Since that time she is now still only needing 1 Lyrica on only half of the prescribed dose of vitamins and amino acids. When she comes back and we continue to go up in dosage of the prescription, we will use some methods to bring the use of Lyrica down, slowly minimizing withdrawal and I'm quite confident her pain will be 100% gone.

Regardless, what can be taken from this at this point, is that the combination, if not using solely holistic approaches; conventional toxic, synthetic, and side effect producing drugs can be minimized. Thereby increasing longevity and reducing stress for the body.

dragankonjevic Case study: bronchitis
March 2014
Debbie had severe cough from the lungs, fever, wheezing & mucus and shortness of breath. Having had bronchitis in the past she thought this was pneumonia and thought she needed to go to the hospital.
She went to her family doctor for a diagnosis which was bronchitis and the doctor prescribed puffers and antibiotics.

I told her to throw them out because we didn't need them. She told me
"I've never experienced a chest cold & cough like this. I've also had nose bleeds for the last 3 days." And "I've only had bronchitis once. it took me 2 weeks and antibiotics to get better"
I instructed her what holistic approach I wanted to take.
I explained the protocol and asked her to execute it.
Within 24 hours she says "I stopped wheezing and I have the ability to rest and sleep" she hadn't been able to do so the last couple of nights. The only thing that remained was a mild throat cough (no longer in the lungs). She also said "...I'm so happy to heal with nutrition instead of drugs." This approach was more successful than any conventional approach doctors can do. She had prior experience with bronchitis and felt this time was much worse. In the last case it took 2 weeks + antibiotics (aka nuclear bomb). This time it took 24 hours even though the bronchitis was much more severe.

dragankonjevic I have known about this for almost a year now and it has just been played on the news so I thought I would share. Receipts including lottery tickets airport tickets or anything using thermal paper contains Bisphenol A. It is a potent endocrine disruptor. It is similar in structure to estrogen. Thereby negatively influencing your hormone balance.

Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health recruited 24 students and staff members to take part in the study. Considering the toxic nature of BPA on development, it was required that the participants were not pregnant. They were then asked to handle receipts for two hours with their bare hands.
Before this, 20 of the 24 participants had measurable levels of BPA in their urine. Afterward, BPA was found in all of the participants' urine. The concentration of BPA in the urine samples increased as well.
One week later, for the second part of the study, the participants handled receipts with gloves on, which led to no significant increase in BPA levels. The findings were clear enough that the researchers suggested cashiers and bank tellers may want to wear gloves if they handle receipts frequently.
Years ago when bottled water was using #7 plastic which contains BPA it was a major problem and they now use PETE aka #1. There is, in fact no safe plastic that can be used. ALL plastics have been found with some leeching chemical that is either a endocrine disruptor or a carcinogen. What I find hilarious and disturbing at the same time is that the news is just finding out about this. I personally use a voss water bottle and either not handle a receipt or ask for it in the bag. If you know someone who works at the cash register, you should try your best to get them to wear gloves

dragankonjevic A small case study; My grandma was having sever abdominal pain. She thought something was terribly wrong. It was all down her left side and around the back of her rib cage and she said she also had some very painful gas and it had not gone away for 7 days.
She went to her doctor with this information. The doctor said it could be emotional and didn't really have much to go on. In any case, he said come back to me if the pain doesn't go away (probably with the prescription of a pharmaceutical). She later told me this story and I told her to take some digestive enzymes (which I provided) and a probiotic which she had sitting in the house. I told her what posology she should follow and to get back to me to see if there was progress.
She called me this evening in astonishment and said "Daniel I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, my pain is completely gone! I cannot believe that it has happened. I am disgusted that the medical establishment was unable to give me the results you were! The doctors have gone though medical school and it seems for nothing! You do research and are able to help more than my doctor can!"
