This is toasted ezekiel bread topped with fried bananaschocolate protein powder syrup,peanut butter cookie protein syrup and topped with sugar free maple syrup! Only 4.5 G of fat in this recipe which is from the protein powder!! HOW TO MAKE PROTEIN SYRUP simply mix water into the protein powder very slowly until it has a syrup consistency.

diddybop101 This is the best protein oatmeal I have made yet, here you go @scottschwartzfitness who challenged me to out oat him, this is pumpkin pie oatmeal topped with maple glazed fried bananas and brown sugar cinnamon maple syrup to top it off.
HOW TO MAKE OATMEAL mix in ️vanilla protein powder, pumpkin pie spice powder and cinnamon.
Maple glazed fried bananas cut up two bananas and fry them in a pan until thy are golden brown until your liking, when almost done pour in some of the brown sugar cinnamon maple syrup mixture.
Brown sugar cinnamon maple syrup simply mix sugar free maple syrup with brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle the rest of the syrup on the top when ready to eat!

diddybop101 Peanut butter cookie protein pancakes!! Made them with chunks of banana and low fat graham crackers in them and added few more on top and of course a chocolate fudge drizzle and sugar free maple syrup over the top. I'm willing to say that these are the best pancakes I have made yet..

BLEND: ️oatmeal ️egg whites ️Syntrax Peanut Butter Cookie Protein ️cinnamon ️vanilla extract ️butter extract ️baking powder after pouring onto pan add pieces of banana and graham crackers to the cakes, and then top with more when finished.

diddybop101 My post workout today, another clever way to get that protein in! Peanut butter cookie banana ice cream! Topped with a low fat graham cracker and hot fudge made with Splenda.
HOW TO MAKE THE ICE CREAM️ Freeze two bananas, once frozen throw them in a blender with your protein powder(I used Peanut Butter Cookie by Syntrax) and just a tad of milk and you will have delicious banana ice cream with the consistency of normal ice cream!
HOW TO MAKE THE HOT FUDGE️ Mix unsweetened Hershey's %100 cocoa powder with Splenda in a bowl and add just add a little bit of water at a time until you get fudge consistency and throw in the microwave for about 45 seconds. TOTAL MACROS️ 44G protein 80G carbs 5G fat

diddybop101 I feel obligated to share my delicious post workout meal today, this delicious super easy recipe that I use quite often is strawberry protein rice pudding! This recipe only has about 1.5G of fat from the brown rice!! DIRECTIONS: wisk protein powder(I prefer strawberry for this recipe) with 8g fat free sugar free vanilla pudding mix with just a little bit of warm water at a time until you get a nice pudding consistency, then heat up your rice(mine was precooked) and mix in the pudding mixture, then if you wish top it with some fat free Cool Whip and some heated up blueberries!! #fitfam #fitness #eatclean #cleaneating #iifym #ifitfitsyourmacros #proteinpudding 3w

diddybop101 If you would like a better/tastier way to to take your protein that will fill you up while you are dieting, I encourage you to try this super easy protein ice cream! It has to be the easiest and fastest recipe there is, throw a cup of skim milk(or whatever you prefer)/// however much protein powder needed(I prefer chocolate)///half a box of vanilla sugar free,fat free Jell-O pudding mix/// and about 10-15 cubes of ice, throw it in a blender for about 5 minutes and it will whip you up a delicious bowl of protein ice cream that will fill you up, I topped mine with fat free Cool Whip and a crushed up low-fat graham cracker. #eatclean #cleaneating #iifym #ifitfitsyourmacros #fitfam #fitness #idontliketoeatboringshit 4w
