dessertfirst Morning 3 of #whole30 and I reeeeally miss my creamer. This canned coconut milk is not.good. I added cinnamon but it's not doing it for me. I will push through. 2w

  •   dessertfirst No it's been around for years but I've been hearing about it a lot lately. You can google it. It's basically eating no processed foods, no sugar in any form. It's only for 30 days. It's sort of a detox for your body. Shall be quite challenging. @bmaas 2w

  •   dessertfirst @bttrflywmn I found it online. 1 can chick peas, 1 head cauliflower cut up. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt/pepper roast 425 for about 30 min. Make a vinaigrette of 1 tbsp white wine vinegar/1tbsp Dijon/1tsp whole grain mustard. 1/4 olive oil, toss while warm. Supposed to have fresh parsley. Very filling! 4w
