dbrenz Not much of an exhaust video, just cold start idle. Actually starts by piping all exhaust out passenger side for about one minute then the driver's side pipe opens and the engine calms. 9h

dbrenz tucking El Zorro in for the next day or so until this intense 3-foot blizzard passes 1d
  •   chili_tm They need to be that blue... Or red 😈 1d
  •   dbrenz nah, royal blue is tacky and red leds are angry and obnoxious. Zorro is a civilized beast @chili_tm 1d
  •   chili_tm Yeah red looks angry that's why I love them haha. Yours are pretty much white though I'm assuming? Better than the more yellowy ones I see on a lot of E90s. 1d
  •   dbrenz haha me no like angry. yes the ring on the inner light is white and the outer one (around the xenon) is slightly blue to match. i cannot stand the yellow rings especially when the lights are xenon!! @chili_tm i am so glad i do not need to mod the lights at all 1d
  •   chili_tm Yeah yours look so much cleaner and more eye catching 1d
  •   dbrenz precisely, it is a class act 😎 @chili_tm 1d
  •   bmwterritory Love it! 7h
  •   dbrenz thanks great lights @bmwterritory 7h

dbrenz i still got love for Volvo especially this fine V60 T6 Polestar sports wagon 7d
  •   scoutv50 @dbrenz @c30rev My dealer sticker is tiny. Dealer plate is just a cover with their dealership name on it 2d
  •   c30rev @scoutv50 @dbrenz But my point is you own the car. The dealership sold it to you already, unless you work for them why do you need to advertise the dealership? 2d
  •   scoutv50 @c30rev @dbrenz That's what I thought that you said originally, and some people still ask me this. The sticker I simply do not mind, its just as big as the polestar badge and adds a little bit of an Italian look to the car so to speak, plus that'll be really hard to get off. I've seen someone driving around with the adhesive just stuck to the car and the badge was gone, looked horrible. The number plate frame on the back was free, although it has their logo and their company on it, I'm not gonna spend a few bux on a new frame when its perfectly fine because it doesn't bother me. Ik I could scrape off their logo and stuff but am I really going to go to the trouble of that over a plate? 2d
  •   dbrenz true but u could also go without a plate frame completely. it would give a cleaner look to your car @scoutv50 @c30rev 2d
  •   scoutv50 @dbrenz @c30rev Not a fan of plates without a frame/cover. Doesn't look right with NSW's white plates, the older yellow ones are alright. 2d
  •   dbrenz oh i see...but your car white! 2d
  •   scoutv50 @dbrenz Yeah, that's why having a black border brings it out just a little bit more. The V59 just had a frame around it, so dirt would get on the license plate which was not cool. Also, the cover on the plate currently has sponge to absorb the shock which is good, but can also fog up when it gets cold. 2d

dbrenz head to head
335xi vs c300
bets?
1w
  •   dbrenz Haha no kidding! Would be pulling away in no time. The bmw feels like a jet @jjjet 1w
  •   jjjet I drool everyone I see a 335xi and even a M3. Comparison? M3 is 333hp right? 1w
  •   jjjet My bad 2011 m3 has 414 but only 295 torque 1w
  •   dbrenz Yea now i notice what kinds of bimmers i pass on the road and i respect all other 335's. mostly see 328's though of course. They do look excellent especially in Grey @jjjet 1w
  •   dbrenz i would have gotten grey again but none were available in my area in all wheel drive + manual @jjjet 1w
  •   mcbro_ftw Keeping that game strong! 7d
  •   dbrenz thanks sir! always looking for unique photo ops @mcbro_ftw saw this C300 alone in the parking lot 7d

dbrenz Amazingly I am getting the same mpg from a car which produces 50 more horsepower and 28 more torque and is 1.5 seconds faster from 0 to 60. The wonderful benefits of a 6 speed manual @azizy_as_pie 2w
  •   c30rev @justinkarimi The advertised 0-60 times is absolutely correct based on the conditions they test. It is not necessarily true you'll get the same results when you try it. 0-60 times usually depends upon 4 factors: first being driver skill, you need to know just the right time to shift on the right rpm. Second: is the power of your car, the condition of your car. Third is the tires, how good do they grip the road, or if they spin loosing contact to the ground. The fourth one is: the surrounding, the air resistance and altitude. 2w
  •   azizy_as_pie Lol driving economically can be competitive too @c30rev 2w
  •   justinkarimi @c30rev I live in Colorado and I've heard since the air here is so thin we lose some of our horse power 2w
  •   justinkarimi @dbrenz alright thank you 2w
  •   dbrenz oh very interesting. I never though of that @justinkarimi the thin air would probably effect the turbos as well 2w
  •   dbrenz lol I agree! @azizy_as_pie 2w
  •   c30rev @justinkarimi yes indeed! I was gonna give colorado as an example but i thought you probably don't live there. Lol. There is a car enthusiast group called The Fast Lane Car or TFL who test drives new cars and tests the 0-60 and they do in Colorado mountains. They clearly mention about the loss in power. Check them out. 2w
  •   justinkarimi @c30rev yeah I watch them all the time I know that is where I heard it from 2w
