-100 Pull ups using machine in pic.
-50 Weighted Med. Ball Ab Swing ups.
-100 Power Cleans.
-20 Heavy Military Press.
-30 Super Low Squat w/ parallel feet.
-30 minutes of Mobility Work.

Tools used- 65 lb Dumbbells, 20 lb Dumbbells, 10 lb Medicine Ball, the lebert equalizer, massage balls, and yoga stretching strap #thereAintNoFinishLine

damhas Monday A.M. Workout :

THE TOOLS I used: 65lb Dumbbells, 20lb Dumbbells, the lebert equalizer, 8lb medicine ball.
THE WORKOUT as seen on picture should be done as followed: Complete as many reps as you can, then break the remaining reps down into smaller sets with 10-15 secs mini breaks.
During breaks do mobility work.(pigeon pose, parallel footed low squats, ball rolling to create shear and re-establish proper nutrient flow to sore areas.~ahmad ps. Before lunch 6 mins of Jumprope (2 min sets of 3.) #thereAintNoFinishLine
