I'm just not good at knowing what to eat. Im not good at counting calories or grams either but I portion my food. How can I get more accurate calorie intake. I'm also on a 1500 caloric diet. damhas Only workout for me today is one hour of cardio... Gonna run 30 mins one way, then 30 mins back the same path... The fun part is choosing the scenic path and up tempo playlist... Also will sip amino mixed drink all throughout day, and consume my body weight in protein (185g)...
