damhas Clean up a little today...One habit to develop is organizing your living space. This might take a little time to develop. The trick is to create one major cleaning hour on Saturday or Sunday AND also set aside 5-10 mins (while your coffee or tea is brewing) to organize daily...
Most important::
***create a small area in your home for your morning h.i.i.t. workout session. Set it up the night before.

damhas In a few sentences I can sum up my whole #howtoloseyourstomach plan. Here goes:
-When you wake up, immediately do 3-5 minutes of H.i.i.t. movement: jump rope, walking stairs, jog walk, boxing in the mirror with light dumbbells, dancing... No less than 2 minutes and no more than 5 minutes.
-Next, wait as long as you can before eating protein and veggies only. (My rule: eat ONLY when you hear the first stomach grumble--but NOT a lot of food. This applies throughout day!) Between your first meal to your last meal at night, you need to limit carbs to only veggies. Top 3: Spinach, Broccoli, and Kale... -Save your whole/multi- bread, rice, pasta ,chips, fruits, and juices for the re-feed day.

  •   clogston90 As momentum is the velocity of an object multiplied by the mass of the object, and mass is a form of energy, and energy can neither be created or destroyed, only transfered. I suggest you just put on extra mass. In turn increasing momentum, but not creating it. #stayfocused #physics 2w
  •   damhas @clogston90 your point is all relative to what environment the mass is in... In this case the mass equals your thoughts/goals... And the environment equals the space between your thoughts... This my friend doesn't observe classic Newtonian physics... #iquantum 2w

You always have a decision. Spend more time feeling the desired outcome (not always knowing exactly what it is, but knowing it's good<=definition of Faith). There's no reason why you're not here to enjoy your life. Make it happen... Start after reading this... It takes only one small thought that makes you feel good to begin the process...~ahmad
