to 0.5 grams per pound of bodyweight, your leptin levels may drop if you don’t have enough calories. Leptin is a critical hormone for maintaining your metabolic rate. If leptin levels

By giving your body a high-carb day, you can keep your leptin
levels even, which helps you continue burning fat and get

  •   niseynisey Really? Maybe that's why I was so friggin nauseous on my last Sunday rest day. I tried to keep my carbs low since I didn't go to the gym I thought it'd be best. I'll give this a shot next Sunday. 7d
  •   damhas @niseynisey yes... In the book I talk about 80-90g good fat + low carb (50-80g) days for 2-3 days for ladies and 4-5 days for guys... Then have the "re-feed" day with and increase in carbs (keep the good fat amount the same)...get the book--tell others! 7d
