-20 elbow to knees (10 each side)

dalispaige ️double tap if you love/want sculpted arms!️ DAY 3 of my challenge! Tag your friends! Circuit: 10 bench dips, 10 inverted dips, 20 push into planks! Repeat circuit 4 times! The last exercise is kind of hard to see but when I go down I am going down into a plank position on my forearms.. Like the other workouts for the challenge, this doesn't take long.. And all you need is a chair! So no excuses! DO IT! 7d

MY TRANSFORMATION
--I'm slightly embarrassed posting this.. but I'm always real with you all & that's not going to change some of you may say that the picture on the left looks fine blah blah blah.. & while it may.. I was NOT healthy. I have always been naturally thin my entire life.. & right when my mother passed away.. the spark in my soul went out. I drank almost EVERY single night... I ate uncontrollably.. & I honestly didn't care about anything. This only went on for about 3 months before I snapped out of it. I gained 18 pounds in 3 months! I finally realized I was going down the path I promised myself I never would.. The picture on the right is almost a year later.. healthier & stronger than I've ever been. Instead of feeling sorry for myself, I motivate myself! That's what my mom would want! You all ask me if you are even capable of looking this "toned". This is my answer, "HELL YES". Get to work baby! You got it

This circuit targets inner things, booty, quads, & abs! Circuit is : 20 wide circles & flutter kick at the bottom of each one, 50 regular crunches, & 20 squats with lateral leg raise after each one.. Repeat circuit 4 times!!! This does not take long & can be done at home so no excuses! 1w
