-These protein pancakes were seriously heaven i originally planned on making a syrup or something with these but I didn't end up using anything because they literally tasted like banana bread & were moist enough to eat without. I will start making these & putting them in zip lock baggies for snacks on the go! SO good! RECIPE:
- 2 scoops @Shredz cinnamon bun protein - 2 ripe bananas - 2 eggs
Directions:
1. add all ingredients into a bowl or blender
2. beat or blend until smooth
3. stove should be on "medium"
4. spray with whatever you choose.. Pam, etc.
5. pour batter until desired size of pancake
6. wait till batter starts bubbling then flip to otherside
7. wait till that side is cooked and bam you're done.
SO easy and SO delicious!

dalispaige if you like trying new things in the gym, then try the 2nd exercise! I LOVE it.
Tips for squats:
-When you come back up, squeeze your butt at the very top. -Try to keep your knees from caving in when coming back up.
-Focus more on your form before you start adding heavy weight.
-Keep your body weight back on your heels.

  •   alexandrialynn44 I figured, couldn't really tell.. I really don't do sumo squats just working on heavy back/front squats. Would you not recommend ass to grass for sumo squats or does it not matter? 4d
  •   dalispaige @alexandrialynn44 It's actually not good to go super low for your knees according to textbooks but people all teach different stuff. I choose not to go all the way to the floor. 4d

dalispaige cheat meals & lazy nights are necessary to me I've always been 100% honest with you all about my diet. I'm not one of those fitness people that doesn't cheat on their diet, or feels terrible about myself if I have pizza. I do eat healthy most of the time but if I slip up 2 days in a row im not going to stab myself & cuss myself out in my head. I do much better living a lifestyle that isn't crazy stressful about food. There are way too many other things in life to stress about... different things work for different people & more power to the people that are perfect on their diet... But my 70% healthy 30% unhealthy lifestyle works for me 1w

- 30 flutter kicks (3 up, 3 down=1)
- 40 wide circles (20 each side)
- 30 up & downs (when bringing your legs down, go slow)
**repeat circuit 3 times!**
All you need is a chair and a couple minutes.. So what's your excuse?!

- 10 push-ups into a plank single arm lift
-10 tricep dips
*repeat this circuit 5 times!* modify exercises if you have too to be able to complete the circuit! you got this! Can complete this in less than 10 minutes and can do it at home! So no excuses!*

But what's more comfortable besides being naked this ab circuit hits your top, middle, and lower abs Circuit:
- 30 twist sit ups
- 50 side plank reaches (25 each side)
- 50 knee to elbow (25 each aside)
- 50 flutter kicks **repeat circuit 2 to 3 times! It is such a quick workout and requires no equipment.. So what is your excuse?**

She obviously has tons of muscle, you can't get that if you starve yourself! Those who say she is to skinny are apparently super insecure about themselves.
