dalispaige to the people who commented "ew you look disgusting", "you're too skinny", etc on my last post... who the hell told you it was okay to "try" to make someone feel bad about themselves. people like you are why the world is as hateful as it is. if I wasn't secure with myself, you would ruin my self esteem, make me depressed, etc.. does that make you feel good? what about the people who aren't secure with themselves? does it make you feel good to put them down & make them feel that way? I'm only bringing attention to those comments because I would like to hope we can all learn from the hateful girls & promote positivity rather than negativity. let's all give someone random a compliment tomorrow.. who's in? 2d

dalispaige romper love ️ this week didn't go as planned! didn't know how stressful graduating, looking for a place to live, moving.. on top of working could be! I finally signed a lease & will be moving in tomorrow & Tuesday! then I can finally get back to my IG grind sorry I've been so MIA lately but life gets hectic sometimes will be back next week! so many exciting things I can't wait to share with you all 4d

dalispaige I did this video after I just finished working out so that's why I look so rugged & like I'm struggling so much my arms were dead. & this isn't the best home video but didn't have other options today! But here is a shoulder workout I do with somewhat challenging weight!
3x10 shoulder press
3x10 frontal raises
3x10 lateral raises
3x10 arnold press

I did cardio along with this & some triceps!

Tips of the day: Ahi Tuna is high in proteins & vitamins that help with metabolism, digestion, & healthy skin! Eating or drinking something high in protein within 45 minutes after your workout is vital for rebuilding your muscles! 1w

I have posted something similar to this workout before but it was like 6 months ago so here's a refresher! some of these look so silly but talk about BURN *circuit- 15 bird dogs each side- 20 supermans- 15 opposite limb raises each side* repeat circuit 4-5 times! the bird dogs & limb raises are both done with opposite arm opposite leg! On all exercises focus on tightening your back. If you don't feel it in your lower back, you're not doing it the correct way. Get those back dimples 1w

dalispaige today marks 2 years since God called my mother to be an angel. whoever said that over time it would get easier, was completely wrong. there's not a day that goes by that I don't have to fight back tears thinking about you. i would give anything to hear your voice or hug you one more time. I take my last college final ever today & I graduate on Saturday.. I know you would be so proud of me. I wish you could be here to see it but I know you've got the best seat in the house: Heaven. I never take off the rings you gave me, & I wear this sweat shirt all the time because I know it was your favorite.. my friends tell me I laugh like you all the time.. & my eyes turn greener like yours every day.. sorry I'm rambling.. I just miss you mom I'll talk to you tonight in my prayers.. like every night 2w

-30 fast squats
-45 seconds mountain climbers
-25 of the 2 part arm exercise **Repeat this circuit 4 times!** Might not look like much but I was out of breathe! Workouts like these are really good for burning fat! No equipment needed & can do this at home, so no excuses! Let me know when you complete it!

dalispaige i have been asked a lot how I resist indulging & over eating on holidays.. I DONT. These holidays are once a year! I completely indulge and over eat! You WILL be fine if you indulge on these holidays! Just make sure you stay motivated to continue working towards your goals every other day 4w
