**sorry my form is a little off! I messed up my shoulder today so it's been hurting all day & didn't feel good doing this. resting & icing for a couple days! AND the first 2 exercises I tried for the first time, trying to mix up my workouts**

- 25 down & up planks

dalispaige you know what I've learned? not everyone is going to like what you do, what you look like, the way you talk, the people you talk to. not everyone is going to support every choice you make. but the people that TRULY care about you will stick around regardless.. why? because they know you're human, they know you make mistakes, they know you have your own mind & life.. but despite all of that, they genuinely LOVE you & would rather be with you than without you so they will stick by your side through the good and bad times. those are the people I keep in my life. I don't need temporary people. I only want people who I know will stick by my side forever. sometimes it will be hard to let go of people that you care about but you know don't genuinely care about you.. but in the end you will be happier. & we all deserve to be happy.. 1w

Your body is your temple that you feed physically and emotionally. Feed your body with healthy foods & healthy thoughts. Health is not just a physical state, but an emotional state of well being. Love yourself enough to know that you deserve to see your body's true potential. You deserve to look in the mirror every day and be happy. We all have bad days, even weeks. We might eat terrible for a week straight, but does that mean you're going to let that one terrible week define YOU?! No way.
-If you had a crappy week last week, get up. Dust yourself off. And kick *ss this week. Feed your mind healthy thoughts and feed your body healthy food & develop healthy habits

I love tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad, etc. Usually people use mayo in all of those which is unhealthy & fattening. What I found out a while ago is that you can substitute plain Greek yogurt for the mayo & it tastes almost exactly the same (or better in my opinion). Not only are you taking out the fat, but you are adding MORE protein to the already protein filled tuna by using Greek yogurt! I love to mix it up sometimes & add some @flavorgod seasoning in it too who else loves tuna salad?!

- 40 side to side (to the opposite side & back is 2 reps)
- 10 tricep dips straight into incline push-up
- 10 box jumps
**repeat circuit 4 times**
modify the sets & reps if you have too but push yourself!! You CAN do it!
