Their Lamb Shank simmers for long hours in that fragrant Mussuman Curry. The results will be melting juicily in your mouth: this was an absolute stunner. 4d

crazydervish With a wine like this it's always a case of letting the juice sit in the glass and evolve over the hours. What starts in the glass is certainly not what ends in the glass. It's a chameleon. You never quite know what flavors will open up every time you bring the glass to your nose. Remarkable wine. 1w
