crazydervish I think I may now know more about tacos than you🏼 Three things I learnt while reading this ode to a great thing.

1. Napkins are a pre requisite before reading the book to catch the drooling that inevitably occurs when pages are turned
2. Everything fits in a Tortilla. It welcomes a vast array of stewed , grilled, fried meats, and other fillings, and on top, a tremendous variety of salsas and seasonings
3. The taco was invented between 1000 and 500 BC as a kind of edible spoon.
