clubbydubby On my 3 rd week of the #Armstrongpullup program. This was set #6. Today was max training sets with 1 min rest between sets. I chose 5reps for the sets. Did 21 sets before I ran out of time on my lunch. You're supposed to do them until you can't complete all reps in the set. I had atleast another 10 sets in me. clubbydubby Got some upgrades to what I'm okay'd to do 20# Wallballs and 70# kb swings for a few sets to see how it felt and it felt fine. Can do kb lunges and goblet squats now too. It Gets a little stiff a little later after sitting down, but nothing 3hours in the polar care won't fix #aclrecovery #aclrecon 4w

clubbydubby I was told I could row by today. Well I tested how it felt Wednesday. This was my 2nd row after the initial test that started slow and got into a good pace. Got that Fran lung burn after this one for sure. Knee feels good but this was Not a smart decision on my part. clubbydubby It's a mental balancing act now at the 4 week mark and I'm off the brace . Now is the mental game of just really taking it slow on the leg while improving in other areas. Not allowed to run until 4 months. PT has progressed me quickly. Just do your PT , listen to your body and trust your PT isn't making you do anything you're not ready for. clubbydubby This is about the 3.5 wk mark. 1st day back in the gym focusing on upper body and doing my PT for my knee. I'm not doing anything legs wise that PT hasn't authorized and even then I'm not over doing it. Progress is coming along quickly, but I know this is going to be a hurry up and wait process. Looking at probably 4-5 months before I'll be able to start fully loading my knee and doing any high impact movements. #aclrecon #aclrecovery 1mon

  •   thegreatdansby Get it! I used to have to roll up a towel under my knee and flex my quad and try to flatten the towel into the floor. My knee have on me yesterday. That's the thing I never got back 100% is my stability when making quick, hard pivots. I'm sure as hell today! Your legs are stronger than mine were at the time of my injury so hopefully you some have the same issues 2mon
