clubbydubby Polar Care and Ps4 recovery. Might have over did it today with cleans up to 260# stopped there as a precaution. Then 3 4min amraps with 1 min rest in between of 7push press 95# and 9 box jumps total of 15 rds. After class I did additional work of 15 min EMOM with the following:
1-5 5 strict pullups
6-10 5 strict pull-ups and shuttle run rest of the time
10-15 10 butterfly pullups and shuttle run rest of the time.

8 sets 5 hang power clean 155# 5 strict pull-ups with 25# vest 4 more at body weight. 5 sets 10 bench 185#(body weight) 10 box jumps 24"+ I saw this saying today and it resonated with me. Even though I wasn't happy with my 15.1, (157, 235# pp) I realize I'm blessed enough to be able to even do it 18 weeks post ACL reconstruction. 3 weeks ago I wasn't sure it was even going to be even possible. clubbydubby CrossFit Prism was gracious enough to host Big Lifts for Bella, which helped raise money to assist with med bills for my friends pit that was mauled and required extensive surgery. It was CrossFit Total and you donated what the total was. Hit 205# strict press (10# PR) which was a 5 week goal I had set. I also wanted to see if and how 405# deadlift felt. clubbydubby That #flexibledieting life. I started doing this about 6-8 weeks ago and at this juncture I'd say it's working pretty good for me. Leaned out, dropped maybe 5lbs or so and gotten stronger. Been doing about 70g fat, 185-200 carbs on all days except sat and 185 protein #IIFYM 1mon

clubbydubby Well seems like knee is going backwards or at a wall but hey atleast I'll be able to pull up a house. Week 3 of the weight vest armstrong pull-up program. Added another 2.5# to 25# total. Here's set of 6 of today's pyramid sets. Got through set of 9 plus 7 reps on set of 10 then another 8 reps for ME set to close. Hitting more reps than when first week at 22#. Progress is progress eh. Just have to sit back, sip some C4, and enjoy the process. #aclproblems #thegrind 1mon

clubbydubby On that FAT (22# Vest) Armstrong pull-up program starting this week . It was a solid start too. 5 max unbroken a sets of 12,9,9,8,7 on Monday 14 more total reps than first day starting with just body weight. Today was 3 sets each of regular,wide and narrow close grip with a personally set scheme of 5 reps per set 1 min rest period.
