Quality of reps were meh but still surprised myself. clubbydubby On my 3 rd week of the #Armstrongpullup program. This was set #6. Today was max training sets with 1 min rest between sets. I chose 5reps for the sets. Did 21 sets before I ran out of time on my lunch. You're supposed to do them until you can't complete all reps in the set. I had atleast another 10 sets in me.
