    In a smaller blender, blend 1/3 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup sweet potato, mashed 1 Tbsp almond milk
    1 Tbsp cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp coconut flour
    2 Tbsp oats
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp seasoning of choice( I use Susie Qs seasoning) 1 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
    Blend all ingredients, Except the cheese, together in a small blender until waffle consistency (may be a little thicker). Stir in cheddar cheese.
    Bake in waffle maker.
    Meanwhile, cook one piece of bacon on a cooking pan. Once finished, set bacon aside and remove excess oil from pan. Use same pan and a little seasoning to steam ~1 cup spinach.
    Top waffle with steamed spinach, a poached or fried egg, bacon bits, and more cheese if desired.

    Pour onto preheated and oiled skillet and cover skillet with foil. cook on medium low heat for about 7 minutes or until cooked through.

  •   clean_lovin 🔅Preheat oven to 350
    🔅in a food processor rice half a large cauliflower head (end up with about 2 cups cauliflower rice) 🔅microwave cauliflower 8-10 minutes until tender, then use a coffee filter or paper towel to squeeze out as much liquid as you can
    🔅in a bowl mix:
    Cauliflower
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp rosemary/garlic seasoning (I have this blend in my spice pantry but if you don't have it then just play with other seasonings)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    1 egg
    1/2 cup skim shredded mozzarella cheese

    Mix and press into a greased bread pan (I press foil into the pan, then spray the foil with nonstick oil and then put in the mixture in to make it easier to remove once it's cooked)
    Bake 30 minutes in oven till golden
    Remove from oven, flip bread over onto a foil-lined wire rack and return to oven 15 minutes or until golden!
    Cut and enjoy!
    Make sure to squeeze out as much liquid as you can for begs results! Next time I want to try and add some psyllium husk to suck up more moisture and add more thickness to the bread Mix it up with whichever seasonings you like best! @jennifer_bluebird @pinkspantry :)) 1y

  •   clean_lovin 12 oz bone in chicken breast
    8 cups low sodium chicken broth
    1 onion, cut in large pieces
    4 tsp minced garlic
    Cilantro and oregano
    2-3 tomatoes chopped
    1/2 jalapeño without seeds
    1 tsp sriracha
    1 Tbsp olive oil

    Bring broth, chicken, 1/2 onion, 2 tsp minced garlic, chopped cilantro and oregano (about 3 Tbsp), and 1/4-1/2 tsp salt to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through (20 minutes ish)
    Remove chicken and shred.
    Strain remaining broth discarding onion and leafy chunks.
    Blend together tomatoes, 1/2 onion, 2 tsp minced garlic, jalapeño, sriracha until smooth.
    Heat oil in large pot and pour blended mixture over it with salt to taste. Cook, stirring around for about 10 minutes.
    Pour strained broth into pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and allow to summer 15 minutes. Add shredded chicken and continue to simmer 5 minutes. Viola!

    whisk together and pour over bread mixture
