chronlen Great time yesterday at the Ice Chamber's West Coast Classic! I lifted 24kg's and despite some lower than expected numbers, I still set a new absolute American record with a 243 point total (J 143 / Sn 202). Thanks for hosting such a fun event!

chronlen Weight cut eats. Focus on low calorie, high nutrient foods and you can get away with more volume and stay satiated for longer. Plus things like veggies and avocados are high in fiber which will assist in the cutting process 1w
