Makes perfect sense to be totally balanced with all of my weight pouring into my heels as I hold a backbend, and then to stumble when I come out. It's the tingling in my legs and lightheadedness.

christinaazarian Here is a transition that I learned from @meghancurrieyoga.
I'm nursing a strain in BOTH of my hamstrings, so no full, butt to ground splits for a bit - which is torturous. I love splits so much. I could have waited until they recovered and posted my "perfect" split, but humility and being real is way cooler than being an egotistical show-off.
