chitwanl Perfect choux, feather light vanilla cream and super fresh strawberries. Died and went to dessert heaven. Definitely my favourite bakery in this city!

Oh and their signature slice of Kokomo with layers of filo and custard cream was pretty amazing too.

chitwanl Not the best picture I've taken, but, such happy feelings in one not-so-little bread bowl.
Tomato and garlic soup with a dollop of cream that quickly disappeared. Also, CRAZY GOOD buttery garlic bread. Give. Me. More.

chitwanl Super, super fresh rocket, chilled beetroot with a walnut crumb and creamy goat cheese salad that played so wonderfully on textures and temperature.
The goat cheese was served too generously, but I'm not complaining!

chitwanl While my love for carbs has been a life long affair, I didn't care too much for pasta until very recently.
I can safely say that TPBC is my absolute favourite place for pasta in the Delhi/Gurgaon. Their pasta is handmade and their tortellini and ravioli are to die for.
This is my favourite dish on their menu. Tortellini stuffed with cheese covered in this beautiful spicy tomato sauce that you keep want to dip your buttery garlic bread in. I can swear that this picture doesn't do justice to the dish.

chitwanl Dessert at Chi Ni. Loved the molten chocolate cake here, but this one was pretty interesting too!

Senses of Chocolate
Valrhona chocolate parfait, chocolate soup, chocolate cake, chocolate candy and chocolate pearls

chitwanl Every time I see Khao Suey on a menu, my heart skips a beat and ordering anything else feels like treachery.

Even after a round of starters that I had a hard time finishing, couldn't stop myself from ordering this dish inspired from the menu of the Yangon club. I must admit that Marut Sikka did a fabulous job creating this lovely place. While its priced much lower than Kainoosh, the service is just as good.

chitwanl Dessert. Milk chocolate ganache, praline crunch (so good!), peanut pastry cream, cocoa nib tuile, salted caramel ice cream (perfection!), toasted meringue (done perfectly) and salted caramel.
Like @ankitadhawan did, I'd probably eat the whole thing again. It could use another scoop (quenelle?) of that salted ice cream though.

chitwanl After months of waiting, finally went to The Fatty Bao!
Loved the Char Siu Bao.
Delicious bbq pork belly, green apple kimchi, hoisin sauce, a lot of scallions and just a bit of sesame oil. So, so good.

chitwanl TPBC Signature Raviolo Grande

Fresh handmade raviolo with spinach and cheese, in a herb butter and Parmesan sauce with sundried tomato.
This is definitely one of the best pasta places in the city!

chitwanl Salted Caramel Dome and Cognac Sorbet.
While the sorbet was too cognac-y for my taste, the the salted caramel dome filled with banana, cream and other delicious things was gooooood. #nofilter
