chefsawyer seven hams from 4 states, aged from 10 months to 32 months, some smoked & some not. Ranging from soft saltine feminine rosè to funky sulfuric intense porcine explosion. Via the able hands of Rudofker, Ssäm Bar & Co, It's easy to think about it as just HAM, but sourcing, storing & property slicing artisanal American country ham is laborious. 3d
