chefbythesea I am so impressed! I literally added lemon zest and juice, garlic and oregano, salt and pepper and water to four lamb necks, double foiled and cooked for six hours at about 120. The result is melt in your mouth, sweet, flavoursome and juicy. Served with panzanella #dinner 5d

chefbythesea So tonight's dinner is inspired by LA catering company @heirloomla Check out their blog, their food looks simply amazing! Here is roast salmon complete with fish crackling and beetroot and quinoa salad. I couldn't find a recipe for the salad, so I guessed what might be in it from the photo on the blog. I made it by roasting then grating beetroot, mixing it with some cooked quinoa, roasted hazelnuts, currants and dill and dressing with some evoo, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Am I close @matthewpoley ? #dinner 2w
