charitysandiego I heard about the northern lights in like middle school and always dreamed of seeing them. They did not disappoint! I'm still in awe of Gods sky paintings! #anothericelandgem 3d

charitysandiego One of my favorite pictures from the trip. The girls and I bridging the gap between two continental plates. Iceland is one of the only places in the world where this magical experience is possible! Thanks to @icelimoluxurytravel for the photo and awesome tour #lasbellastakeiceland #travelnoire #travelisthenewclub #CocoaTravelersIntl 2w

charitysandiego This is Dharavi. It is one of the largest slums in Asia, housing 1 million people in one square mile, in the middle of one of the most populous cities in the world (Mumbai). Many people come from other areas for the opportunities for income that the city provides (unskilled laborers can earn $3 per day as opposed to much less in their hometowns). Despite what can appear to be bleak surroundings the residents work and work very hard to provide better lives for their children and their families. The work ethic and fight displayed was nothing short of commendable. 1mon
  •   crome247 Wow 1mon
  •   ciagrossi @charitysandiego if only the new generation of kids, teens, and young adults in america truly understood this and knew of the actuality and realism of this, attitudes and respect for life and each other would be greatly appreciated and bettered in so many aspects. Thats an awesome share! 1mon
  •   ms_sugga Wow one million in a square mile?! And this is why it is such a blessing to be able to travel ....such a reality check . Thanks for the knowledge @charitysandiego 1mon

charitysandiego I visited the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, a prominent Sikh Temple. The temple itself was beautiful, but what was even more moving was the community kitchen they house. Here, 30,000 people from the Dehli community are fed daily free of charge. People from all walks and ages prepare the food and serve those who need it the most. This service mindset on such a grandiose scale inspired me to be far more service oriented in 2016 #newyearsplanofaction 1mon
