chamlk 200ml of orange + kiwi blended before everything. small ciabatta bun with almond butter and half avocado. add on half boiled eggs. and of cos a small cup of unsweetened coffee is a must. 1w

chamlk yo @munseng I got mine...quick flip. ..the training pace and target time is something impossible for me to achieve this life.....yet very good guidance and some simple but systematic way to keep up the training..will need to modify the training pace to my current capabilities. ... 2w
