chamlk yo @munseng I got mine...quick flip. ..the training pace and target time is something impossible for me to achieve this life.....yet very good guidance and some simple but systematic way to keep up the training..will need to modify the training pace to my current capabilities. ... 6d

chamlk trying something different for my morning smoothie. frozen banana + romaine lettuce + matcha powder + honey + milk + almond. The original recipe suggest almond milk but I don't have any with me. I m surprise with the romaine, its ain't boring anymore..I can actually drink it ! 7d
