cassidygriegomalley Potatoes are back in my life after not having them for some reason? 😛 After having those fries today I was like hmm I can't even think about food because of how full I am buuuuuut I bought a huge bag of potatoes for a couple bucks and I need to make them. Soooo I did 🏼 So here is my bowl of chicken (cooked with olive oil, garlic salt, and #Tapatio) and potatoes. I cooked the potatoes in coconut oil instead of olive oil and I suggest doing it once in a while because it's AWESOME and delicious #soyeah.
But overall I ate pretty bad this weekend soooo the gains have been real.

cassidygriegomalley This happened today. ️ Volunteered for my school with my team by picking up trash by a creek and when we got back we had "free" food; our choice was Tommy's Burgers 😛 I got a plain hamburger with fries and chili on the side along with some peppers. cassidygriegomalley So I hardly ever eat "real" ice cream (because I usually want to eat it all ️) but tonight I was surprised with a pint (and some flowers ) by a couple awesome friends so I gladly had about one serving and that's about all I felt like eating. I was kinda full from the chicken I had but I probably could've eaten more if I was hungrier

cassidygriegomalley I'M SORRY ok I try to keep this account primarily #foodporn and stuff but I was tagged by @thesunflowerrunner to post 5 fun facts about myself! So here I go:

1. This one is a given but I play soccer on the women's team at Cal State San Bernardino (Inland Empire) but I am from the beach area. People always ask why I left the beach to come here 2. Before coming to college, I used to be a huge xbox 360 nerd. Favorite game was (and always will be) MW2. Tar-21 was always my primary and akimbo Rangers was my secondary #TryHard #NukesForDays

3. I repeated 9th grade because I was homeschooled the first time and I wanted to go to public HS but I wanted to do the full 4 years. I turn 20 in October so I'm usually one of the oldest in my class. 😐 4. My first year of 9th grade (homeschooled) I played soccer for a private school but there wasn't a girls' team so we played with the boys. The only 4 girls (including myself) on the team actually received "Boys Varsity Soccer" letters 5. I haven't "cut" my hair in over 5 years, but I DID get an undercut last summer and I shaved the whole side of my head during my sophomore year of high school. Times were rough #jk

cassidygriegomalley Soooo guess what I got yesterday. Ya. I GOT QUEST BARS and there's so much excitement inside of me right now I mainly bought the box because each one was $3 and I was naaaaht down to just buy one.
So when I bit into this S'mores @questnutrition bar, it kinda hurt because I bit right into the biggest piece of chocolate ever But that's okay because I finally have Quest Bars and this #ChunkPorn makes me happy 🏼

cassidygriegomalley Rice cakes are those kinds of snacks that you eat when you're not super hungry but you could use something light in your stomach. Buuuuut I don't think I can eat them straight unless I want to risk drying my mouth out and choking. So I usually do this: make a mixture of PB and maple syrup with an approximate ratio of 1:2 and spread it over them. No choking aaaand you get to eat PB. Win win
Edit: oh and that's cinnamon on the top not dirt heheh ok bye

cassidygriegomalley There's a lot going on here so lemme break it down. #PoopOats time Oats + Coffee @nfsports_ whey for the base and the toppings include flaxseeds, chia seeds, peanut butter (#PBSwirlPorn), and a mini Reese's on top There's also a little cinnamon in there but it's a small amount.

cassidygriegomalley I couldn't wait for tomorrow for this throwback so I'm doing a #wbw to one of my favorite pancake stacks of all time ️ I called this one "Chocolate PB Pancakes" and I made this during a time when I had much more time for my pancake creations Maybe when I retire I won't be a crazy cat lady but I'll be a crazy pancake lady.
