cassidygriegomalley Well it's raining and I made the most delicious, yet simple, breakfast ever and I have coffee (in a @Starbucks mug) soooo I'm pretty much the happiest girl ever. 🌧
I mixed 2 whole eggs and 2 eggs whites together, added spinach, jalapeños, garlic salt and garlic @flavorgod. Obviously topped it with my love #sriracha and it was 38639x better than it would've been without it. 🌶
Also had some toast and peanut butter because peanut butter is actually my boyfriend.

cassidygriegomalley A big bowl of oats will go well with a big exam that I have today. And a @questnutrition bar on top was a great decision but hopefully that fiber doesn't get to me while I'm in class
I cooked the oats in water and then added instant coffee, pumpkin purée, some almond milk, and a little stevia. Then I topped it with peanut butter and a double chocolate chunk Quest Bar. 🍼

cassidygriegomalley It's been 12 weeks since I posted pancakes Well I guess we gotta start again somewhere. My class was cancelled for 9:20-10:30 so I guess that means pancakes?? Right??
The mix for the pancakes is 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1 egg, 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, 3 tbsp almond milk, and you can add any desired sweetener.
Topped with peanut butter and a mini Reese's. And that lil guy is the only "unhealthy" aspect of these pancakes. Boom. 🏼🌞

The peanut butter is natural and there is NO sugar in the mix at all. And almond flour is not glucose! Goodness LB! You must have some sensitive teeth cause I'm not sure how you could develop cavities from this. Believe me, I know nutrition 😐 1w

  •   cassidygriegomalley @plvnteater awww that just made my day :') there are a lot of abstract ideas involved but I practically transferred my energy and stress that I put towards my appearance and I transformed it into positivity and wholesomeness. I started eating more "wholesome" foods (less "low calorie foods) and I became less hungry, but when I refer to hunger I mean the hunger to look better and be more acceptable by society. Once you stop calorie counting and you make the effort to understand what your body really needs, your mind will be happier. It's important not to focus on one state alone - it'll get too far ahead and the other ones will be lacking. So I relied (and still rely) on God to guide me and he did (and still does). It's a lot that goes into a small equation but little changes help day by day. 2w

But I never make the same bowl twice - they always look different. This is the one I had today; I mixed in a egg white and coffee after I cooked it and I topped it with Special K Chocolate Almond cereal, peanut butter, and chocolate syrup. Heck yeah chocolate.

cassidygriegomalley Good morning! 🌞 I got the best sleep last night. Ya know how you just love staying up until 4am but then you wake up at like 8am and you hate yourself? Well yeah no I went to bed at like 11 and woke up at 8 🤗
Today my magical bowl contains protein oats (cook oatmeal then add yogurt) topped with @sunbutter, chocolate, and chia seeds. Just the amount of energy I need before my philosophy class

cassidygriegomalley I forgot my grandma gave me avocados before I went back to school and when I remembered my whole body literally jerked and I ran to go get it
I topped it with garlic @flavorgod, regular garlic salt, and Sriracha and it made my tummy smile.
My teacher let me out over an hour early so I have a little break before my next class. Yeah, you bet I was thinking about this as I was walking (running) back. 🏼

cassidygriegomalley I told myself that I would try harder in 2016 to follow my instincts. I actually started this in November/December 2015 (which is what brought me back to life) but I'm going to take baby steps in order to be really in-tune with my body's needs.
So I was definitely feelin some pizza. Here it is. It's actually a #Kashi Roasted Vegetable single serving pizza topped with bae AKA #sriracha.
It was pretty good and I'm hoping that's what my body was wanting. We'll see #majorkey

Jk I've been taking One A Day Women's for a while now and I mainly started because of the iron and calcium it contains.
I just started taking Biotin about 2 weeks ago and I think it's actually helping my hair thinning situation. My hair used to be past my but and now it's mid-back. Didn't cut it so.. 🙃 hair pls respond wat's wrong
I just started taking vitamin E after I saw my doctor for my #fibrocysticbreastdisease. She said vitamin E may help but most of the time, the cause is stress. Yayayay 🤗
What do you take for your deficiencies/problems? Anything, really. I wanna know! 😇🏼

  •   mariesierraaaxoxo Honestly I canT tell which worked the best bc i took a combo of biotin vitamin e and iron and my hair grew longer and my nails thicker/longer faster. Only issue is idk which one helped bc i always took them together if ur hair is thinning / not growing it may be due to a lack of iron.. a lack of vitamin c... dry scalp.. or something more serious. Don't be scared to take iron!!!! Lol it's just the basic naturals brand or something at Walmart but let me know why else works for u!!!! H and use little oil on ur hair like cocnut oil ..drink lots of milk (dairy or almond) and eggs/salmon !anything protien based helps i did that for two weeks straight and instantly saw progress 4w

Spaghetti squash still amazes me to this day even though it's been like 4 years since I've tried it. HOW DOES IT COME OUT LOOKING LIKE SPAGHETTI.
