But this was the cure 😛 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg on 2 slices of wheat toast. Can't forget about the essentials of course (Sriracha)

cassidygriegomalley Pretty sure I made this exact same thing recently aaaaand it's also dinner time but 1. I juuuust got sick today and 2. who cares bc I luv my oats.
To prepare: cook 1/2 cup oats in water. Mix in 2 egg whites and stir until they're cooked. Mix in instant coffee, sweetener, and coffee creamer. Top with @questnutrition bar (I used coconut cashew) and peanut butter. You're welcome.

cassidygriegomalley I will forever kill 2 birds with one stone by eating coffee oatmeal. Everything I ever needed in one bowl.
First I cook the oats (1/2 cup) in water and then when they're still really hot, I mix in 2 egg whites and stir. The heat from the oatmeal should cook them. then I mix in instant coffee and some not-natty sweetener. If you've never put coffee creamer in your oatmeal, you haven't experienced the world yet.
I topped them with a Vanilla Almond Crunch @questnutrition bar and some peanut butter obvi. And then I inhaled the whole bowl.

cassidygriegomalley So I've never had an @ohyeahnutr protein bar before (I'm a pretty loyal Quest gal) but aaaiiiiiigggghhhhtttt this tasted like heaven. My mom bombarded me with protein bars from @nutrishoptorrance (since I haven't been in town for a while ) so it's been a great week.
Whoever invented the Birthday Cake flavor and then put it into a protein bar... you should win a Nobel Prize.

cassidygriegomalley I haven't had peanut butter in over a month. Not really sure why. Oh wait, I know why... Because I eat it like I haven't eaten in weeks. And then I realize I just ate 5727292076 calories. 🙃
EDIT: jk. I had a LITTLE PB over spring break but only a LITTLE.
But ayyyeeee I was feeling daring today so I put some on this awesome @daveskillerbread so I wouldn't hurt myself by overdosing on PB. And then I did a lil stir frying with chicken, veggies, coconut oil, lemon pepper, garlic salt, #MrsDash, and @flavorgod. It was a pan party. 🐓 then of course I topped it with Sriracha later lol

I did a little meal prepping yesterday and here's where it got me. I'm pretty happy widdit. Honestly I'm the least picky person on this planet so you could literally feed me this meal 3x a day for the rest of my life and I'd be ok. Except I need peanut butter so yaaaaa.

Spring break is coming to an end faster than I would've liked. 🙃 Going back to school today because I'm on duty tonight (#RAlife 🙂) but I'm coming back Friday night after my shift. Milking absolutely everything I can out of this last bit of break.

cassidygriegomalley Okay I have NO idea what just happened but I like it. I like it a lot. I made some Mexican Pizza.
I had some leftover enchilada sauce and chicken from Easter so what did I do? Made this. Here's what I used: naan flatbreadenchilada saucechopped chickenshredded cheesegarlic saltSriracha gauc on the side.
Spread some enchilada sauce on the flatbread (like you would do with red sauce on a pizza). Top it with cheese. Stick it in the broiler until cheese is melted. Top it with chicken and garlic salt. Top it with more cheese. Stick it back in broiler until cheese is melted. Take it out and top it with whatever your lil heart desires. 🧀🌶

Hi. I don't care what you weigh. I don't care how thin/thick you are. I don't care how much you can lift. I don't care if you have abs or not. I don't care if you received your bachelors, masters, or doctorate. I don't care if you're the most beautiful man/woman in the world.

If you ever take part in body-shaming someone, shame on you. Do you know what I mean by that? I mean STOP BODY-SHAMING YOURSELF. I know you're your numbaaa 1 worst enemy and you know it too.

I don't have abs. I have cellulite on my stomach, legs, butt, and probably my arms too. But I went from being underweight in high school to gaining liiiike 40 pounds of muscle (and some fat duh ). I say a lot of negative comments to myself and I know it's unhealthy. I'm trying to change. We're not trying to be perfect, we're just trying to change for the better. And I want my thunder thighs to know how much I care about them.

So here's to me making some changes. Cheers.

I had this yesterday - chicken + salad + carrots + mushrooms + @flavorgod + garlic salt + Sriracha. 🌶🐓 I just ended Winter quarter so I'm on spring break hollllaaaaaa but I'll soon be entering one of my most challenging quarters yet. So hopefully I can meal prep more and see y'all more so I'll have more time to study and stuff.

cassidygriegomalley If I had to choose 1 macro to eat for the rest of my life, it'd definitely be fats. Peanut butter and avocados are 2 of the keys to my heart.
This is definitely the only way I eat avocados (because I'm lazy). Cut it horizontally. Separate the halves. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Sriracha. Obtain a spoon. Boom.
And ya I ate both halves 🌚

I finished all my midterms last week so I'm chillin this week. However, finals are in 2 weeks. Nice. My professors hate me. 🙃

But it's cool. Just went grocery shopping and got some more PB because it's kinda my life and I didn't have any left. So now I'm back to studying and stuff.
