cassidygriegomalley For some reason chicken doesn't taste as good without bell peppers and bell peppers don't taste as good without chicken. Science I guess. But this is my regular lemon pepper + olive oil + chicken with some added red, yellow, and orange (?) bell peppers and it made me very happy.

cassidygriegomalley Unexciting but soooo good I even added another can of tuna to this after because I woke up from a 4 hour nap after getting 2 hours of sleep. I just made some pasta (Betty Crocker) and mixed it with tuna, a little chicken, olive oil, and lemon pepper. Need those maximum gains 2w

cassidygriegomalley I was tagged for the #20beautifulwomenchallenge by the lovely @strong_steady and gorgeous @healthprincess13 Buuuut this is my current face I'm attempting to drop body fat by just a little for the next couple months. This is how I feel about it. I'd hate to pick just 20 women because ALL of you are beautiful! So I think everyone should participate ️ No filter soooo sorry about my face. cassidygriegomalley Oatmeal 101: mix your oatmeal with yogurt. I know it sounds odd but it'll make it much creamier. I usually mix in one container of Carbmaster yogurts (preferably one of the dessert flavors ) and then of course add the #PBSwirlPorn on top. Today I added a little cinnamon too

cassidygriegomalley Wellllll I pulled an all-nighter last night. I actually ate this around 4am but I was busy prepping for my speech that I gave today.
This is just my regular chicken + olive oil + lemon pepper combo and it's definitely never gonna get old. Now off to take a Spanish placement test.... #WhenIsFriday?!

cassidygriegomalley Bought some chicken. Prepared some chicken. Took a pic of some chicken. Ate some chicken. ️ Instead of my regular lemon pepper + olive oil combo, I used olive oil and garlic salt. Aaaand I used #ChickenBoobs with rib meat so rib meat = a little more fat = crispier 😛 Now drinking coffee, listening to Ben Folds, and studying. #NoFootball #SorryNotSorry #SchoolFirst 4w

cassidygriegomalley A stack of pancakes a day keeps the doctors away...? I don't think I've ever had a worse cold. I woke up at least 5 times in the middle of the night and sometimes my eyelashes/eyelids would be stuck together. But I'm gonna rest all day so I should be better for midterms.
For this stack I used a super simple recipe: 1 scoop @leanbodyforher whey, 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1 egg, 1 egg white, and 3 tbsp water. They have a much different consistency than IHOP pancakes but these have 45g protein (including the PB) so I'm not complaining.

cassidygriegomalley Simply my favorite combo ever: chicken, olive oil, lemon pepper.
Put the #ChickenBoobs in a pan. When they are almost cooked thoroughly, cut them up (I know I cut them up in my pan which is bad for my pan but hashtag lazy) and drizzle some Olive oil over them. Add the lemon pepper (or garlic salt.. another one of my favs) and toss them so they don't burn. I could eat this all day.

cassidygriegomalley This picture doesn't do these balls justice. @jessicakochh made these the other day and it's safe to say I'm addicted. I'm not really sure what to call them so we just call them protein balls or balls. She mixed together oats, flax seeds, coconut (shredded), mini chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey. cassidygriegomalley Evidence that I am NOT lean at ALL right now. #TransformationTuesday Top pic was the beginning of 2014 and bottom pic is today. I used to have abs and shredz but my muscle mass was pretty horrible. I was super weak. Now I have a lot more mass but I also have a lot more fat than I used to. Bulk and soccer player probz.
Oh and I did crossfit day number 2️today. We'll see where it takes me.
