  •   sinnistix I wish I knew how to do that. I hate cardio and I lift but lately its been hard dropping the extra lbs I've gained since January. I think I need to incorporate something new..like Pilate's/yoga into my regimen. I'm hungry now. Lol 3mon
  •   car20001 @sinnistix cardio is really important. I hate it to but with results it can give you you'll start to like it. And yes if you do the same thing day by day your body adapts after a while and you won't change. Things you can change is how much calories you eat daily and you can also do more exercise. Like more cardio. If you increase your calories then you have to increase cardio to keep the weight off and be able to speed up metabolism. once your body has adapted on getting more calories daily. You can lower them again and lose more weight. And you can continue doing that till you reach desired weight. People's biggest mistake is they restrict calories for to long but they exercise and lose like 10-15 pounds then get stuck cause the body adapts. So they quiet and gain the weight back cause not only do they stop exercising but there metabolism is super slow so anything makes them gain weight. Sometimes you gain more weight then you lost. It's very simple to do this once your organized. 3mon
