callyclarice LOVE THIS! Doing the Dumbbell Lunges exercise from the @Shredz Exercise Guide which is great to tone your butt and legs!
1. Holding a dumbbell in each hand,stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Keep your shoulders back. And your back straight.
3. Take a long stride forward with your right leg. Your right foot should be in a position, that when you bend your right knee, your upper and lower leg form a 90 degree angle.

callyclarice Good morning shape- weighing 125 this morning which is the heaviest iv ever been being this lean. Somewhat happy with less than two weeks from my Houston show! I know I will not be in my best condition to date for this upcoming show but it's just a warm up run for nationals in Miami in less than 7 weeks! Time to grind 3w

callyclarice Doing the Dumbbell Shoulder Press from the #Shredzchallenge which helps strengthen your upper body and tone shoulders!
1. Sit on a military press bench or bench that has a back support, holding a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip.
2. Place the dumbbells on top of your thighs with your palms facing down.
3. Raise the dumbbells to your shoulders.

  •   kerryxann When I worked at GNC they just told us that we should drink whey for meal replacement and isolate after workouts because its more micronized making it more absorbable for your muscles. So I always used the amp performance cause it was an isolate. I just wondered.... I never tried whey protein post workout... Just for breakfast. didn't know if it truly made a difference @tkellam17 4w

  •   tkellam17 @kerryxann yeah it really doesn't matter when you take it in..obviously as soon as you finish your workout is most optimal. Isolate does break down faster but at the end of the day as long as you hit your protein requirement that's all that matters. Usually stores like that will say buy an isolate cause it's more expensive than a regular concentrate 4w
