2 full push-ups then 2 full knee tuck jumps.. Get your knees up above your waist and Try and land light to protect your knees and joints.. Land like a cat..on your tippy toes.
The challenge - Tank 500.
Ok so 1 full tank BURPEE then count 5 seconds then 2 full tank burpees then count 10 seconds then 3 reps count 15 seconds.. Get it? Go up an additional 5 seconds as you go up in reps. 4,5,6,7,8,9 10 then back down 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and your done making it 200 push-ups 200 hundred knee tuck jumps and 100 burpees. REAL STRENGTH COMES FROM BODYWEIGHT TRAINING!

I'm a BODYWEIGHT ATHLETE, I don't use any weight to train! In this video you see I'm messing around with some weights but that's only to show that with bodyweight training you can have great strength with weight training as well. Ok so where do I begin.. I haven't lifted a weight in over 7yrs I haven't been on a bench press for that time, when I did incorporate weights with my bodyweight training (7years ago) I remember I was able to bench press 225lbs for about 20-22 reps and squat 315 for 12reps. A few months ago I was curious to see if I still hade strength with weights, I got on a bench and benched press 225lb for 37 reps my strength increased big time. I still do squats with weight every two weeks. I stay at 225lbs for 15reps and I super set them with jumping bodyweight squats. I do this to keep the mobility. I feel weight lifting can make you stiff.. My opinion, I also feel that there is no comparison to weight lifting and bodyweight training. I obviously think bodyweight is the best.. Maybe that's because I've tried both for some time. 🤔

I tell people like this.. if your looking to be a bodybuilder then lift weights, if you want to be in the best shape of your life both inside and out then train bodyweight!! Exercises like Burpees, push-ups, pull-ups, bodyweight squats, skipping rope... Keeping mobility, agility and working the most important muscle.. our Heart!

It's common sense to me.. It's hard to carry water right?? The weight is all over the place.. Well our body is the same. The amount of water in the human body ranges from 50-75%. The average adult human body is 50-65% water, averaging around 57-60%. I feel Bodyweight training works your foundation and heart like no other. I feel that if you put someone thats 200lbs of muscle that trains bodyweight against another 200 pounder that trains with weights and put them both in a wresting match or fight. Who do you have your money on?? Who would win the match!!? To me it's easy.. The 200lb person that trains bodyweight is used to controlling 200lbs therefor it would be no match.. The weightlif

Tips I like to follow

Here's a few tips I like to follow everyone.. If one body part is sore I'll rest it and work around it until I feel it's fully recovered. I like to workout 2 - 3 hours after I eat a solid meal consisting of 40% protein 50% carbs 10% fats. Training on a semi empty stomach, I feel my body will have less to digest and can focus more on the workout (Building muscle) I also try to sleep for at least 7, 8hours a night.. Recovering not just muscles, everything. 🗝 🤔

I'm having a lot of fun over here @metroflexlbc gym. It's one of the best gyms I ever went too! -
Here's a tip that helped me have a well proportioned working physique. I stretch in between my sets for 5-10 seconds to help stretch the fascia (The wall the covers the muscle) Stretching the muscle that your training in between working sets will allow more blood flow to that area, which means more of a pump in that area, more tearing, more growing. This method of stretching helped me big time with my calves. My calves were tiny before I started stretching them in between training them. I also do dynamic stretching before my workouts and static stretching after. Stay loose and please, please don't have "Show" muscles! Have muscles that you can actually use ;) be a beast! #TankFitness
