Ever since I was a kid I wanted to be great! I wanted to be the best I can at whatever hobby it was that I was doing at the time. As a young kid I grew up riding bikes (Bmx) I road (FlatLand) - tricks on pavement. I remember busting my shins on the peddles and pegs trying to land a certain trick. I would try over and over again to land it, Never giving up on what I wanted to be great at! I learned than it wouldn't come easy and understood it'll take practice and determination to achieved this. In time I achieved one of my favorite tricks with bmx flatland - "the decade" I believe I was the best I could have been when giving the time to bmx.

14years old - 18years
I took this same mental approach with breakdancing and felt I was also the best I could have been with the time I gave it.

18yrs old and on.. I give everything to fitness. Striving to be the absolute best version of myself I can, Both physically and mentally! UN - STOPPABLE. I'm chasing greatness.

I usually do 5 sets of 5 exercises in a circuit. I'm always mixing it up doing different circuits. Yesterday's circuit, In this order - 25 jumping squats, 20 pull-ups 20 straight bar dips 10 L - Sit toes to bar and 1-10 pulsing push-up routine. Example : one pulse one push-up, one pulse 2 push-ups, one pulse 3 push-ups. Up to 10.

I love moving the blood around in my body. The pump in the last sets of the circuit feel great! Set 4 and 5 are the sets where it all happens.. (The working sets) I see it as the first 2,3 sets gets the blood where you want (the warm up) the last sets are the working sets. The sets where the muscle gets fatigue and you feel like you can't do anymore, that's when your working! #TrainHard and work till failure in every workout. Working out till your completely exhausted ensures that you're both training with intensity and breaking down muscle tissue in the process.

Make sure your feeding your muscle!
Before and after the workouts are crucial! Carbs/protein - water intake and nutrition should be on point.

Tag friends in some of these tips that helped me.
_
- When attempting your maximum reps for pull-ups or anyone other exercise, try losing focus on going down. Drop your body with control and allowing gravity to take you down, using no strength on the way down, Saving the strength for what you want - Pulling your body up with your chin going over the bar (Pull-up).
Go all the way down - Taking tension off the muscle (letting it breath/recover) working the entire muscle as well as creating a better stretch. Increasing flexibility. Be portioned! Do everything Full range of motion.

Let's not forget what increase/builds strength with pull-ups and other exercises.. The Negative and static reps/holds. If you can do one pull-up, start hanging from the bar for time. #TrainHardEveryOne

I prefer essentia water (Alkaline water), having a pH level of 9.5! ;) I know Fiji water has a high pH level as well.. High sevens I believe . - Your urine should look clear, or light yellow.

Each exercise is 1 minute. Try to only rest for 5-15 seconds in between exercises. Rest 1 minute once the total set is complete. Complete 3-5 sets #GetStrong #DoIt

1) calf raise Squat - 30 seconds superset With jumping squats for the last 30 seconds.

2) Sumo squats - 30 seconds superset with jumping sumo squats for the last 30 seconds.
_
3) Alternating jumping lunges - 30 seconds super set with stationary lunges 30 seconds each leg. Total time for this exercise is 90seconds
_
4) high knee singles ( knees above waist line ) - 30 seconds
_
I complete 5 sets, my legs feel great!! Tendons and ligaments - #Strong #Foundation
_
TIP - Keep chest up and focus on hip movement when performing squats. (squat down, stick your butt out and go down all in one motion while keeping chest up.) Knees should never past your toes with lunges or squats.

Then wrapped it up with my boy @thetesoshow with 50 pull-ups, 50 chin-ups, 75 bars dips,75 parallel dips, 100 toes to bar and lever holds for time.

I'm going full throttle with what I'm putting in my body.. Not that I've been eating bad, I'm just saying.. I'm going to be even more strict than I was! If I want to perform better and be in the best shape of my life.. Then it only makes sense, right?

I tried supplements, well.. protein powders and amino acids, never was a fan of taking pills. I do think that it's important to have protein shakes and aminos acids when training, it's just a matter of which ones🤔
I want the best in my body! Natural powders and Amino acids!! For now I'll be getting all my fuel from food.

I'm leaning more and more on being a vegetarian again, but I don't think I can do it. I enjoy going out to restaurants in the city and when I'm on vacations. When I do go out to eat I'll be eating everything.. well, expect fried and fast foods.. But deserts, yes please I'll take the warm fudge brownie with ice cream! basically when I'm home I'm eating clean! #HealthWins and so does Performance.

Hand position shoulder width, feet together.
_
Tank Push-up routine. 1 - 10 reps then back down the ladder 10 - 1 rep. Include a pulsing push-up like video demonstration. ;) if this is too difficult try doing 1 -5 reps then back down! ;) _

- 1 pulsing push-up, 1 full push-up, 1 pulsing push-up, 2 full push-ups, 1 pulsing push-up, 3 full push-ups. Get it? So it's 1 pulsing push-up every time when climbing up the ladder and down the ladder. I sometimes like to start and end my workouts with this routine. I friggen love this drill, try not to break at all or raise your hips. I broke it on the way down after my workout. Soon I'll have no breaks after.

How would I be at my strongest? I feel That 90% of it all depends on what I eat, what I put in my body. Just like a car, if you don't take care of it, Maintain it properly it won't run at its best. I like to look at myself as a super car and there's no way I'm putting regular gas in here! (No fried or fast food in here) only the best fuel! Giving my body the best so it can run the best, trying to be precise with what I eat! Although I have such a sweet tooth! Ahh

Here's 3 Foods I try to keep in my diet on a daily basics.

1) pineapples

2) ripe bananas
_
3) grains - Wild rice
_
I feel that fruits are most important and should absolutely be in your diet each day!

Many of you that have been following me for a while, probably knows that I was once vegan for 6 months and vegetarian for 1 year. I still try to keep my diet as vegetarian friendly as possible. I would say 75% of my diet at the moment is vegetarian. Whenever I have meat in my diet I make sure it's grass fed. I currently have no red meat in my diet and haven't for about 7,8months. It works for me, I feel good!
