We did 1-25 with push-ups, 1-15 with pull-ups, 1-20 with dips and ended with 50 Toes to bar. 1-25 meaning I do 1 push-up, my partner does 1 push-up, I do 2 he does 2.. 3,3 up to 25.. So with the push-ups we did 325 reps.

Light work but very effective for increasing muscle endurance and building/Maintaining a lean physique. #TrainHardEveryone

I never thought I would be able to do TRIPLE UNDERS with THE "TANK JUMPROPE" Another goal unlocked! :)) _
I've done 20,30 consecutive triple unders with Speed ropes (Ultra speed ropes) but I never thought I would be doing Them with my rope, being that the TANK ROPE Is lightly weighted it's a lot more difficult to even do Double unders with. What a burn in the shoulders!! This beaded rope I made will absolutely work and define your shoulders like no other exercises!

I normally give my body rest on Sunday's, today Im going to a party and know I'll probably be over eating, so why not get a quick workout in and burn some calories, I'm basically training today on an empty stomach, I hade my @Shredz shake earlier this morning, about one hour before my workout and drank my #SHREDZ BCAAs during my workout.

I make sure I have my BCAAS to help protect my muscle, especially when on an empty stomach!

Tonight I'm taking a break from cooking. Im reaching in the fridge for a tasty, healthy meal from @cleaneats2day I'll be having 8oz of grilled chicken, sweet potato with string beans and of course I'll be using my #FlavorGod seasoning to spice things up. 1) forearm plank - 10 seconds hold, 10 seconds jumping jack plank, 10 second hold, 10 second jumping jack plank.. Repeat till the minute is up. Total time - 1 minute! Squeeze abdominals, breath.

2) Knee tuck leg raise - one minute. Works lower and uppers abs as well as you core/lower back. 1 minute
_
3) lying crossed legged knee tuck leg raise. 30 seconds each side. Works lower and upper abs.
_
4) oblique crunch touch and tucks. 30 seconds each side. Works lower and upper abs/obliques.
