brisouth When I see pictures like the one of the left 🏼I am still taken back by where I was, who I was, and who I am now.
I get it. Change is hard, working out is hard, living a healthy lifestyle is hard... But you know what's harder {believe me, I know} ---> dreading parties or events in fear of who may judge how much weight you've gained; anxiety over vacation from the thought of being in a swimsuit; going shopping just to leave crying over not liking how ANYTHING fit anymore.
For me, THAT was harder than change. Those feelings were enough to make me want MORE & to do whatever it took to get there. This picture is just one of many reasons I've chose to bust my butt every single day to help others get through the journey I had & live a life they can LOVE.

brisouth Abs, hammies, & inner thighs! 🏽 {1st move} squeeze the exercise ball as you lift up and keep your core TIGHT as you lower! {2nd move} keep your shoulder blades glued to the floor! Keep your core & booth tight as you roll in & out. Feelin' froggy? Hold the exercise ball and do full crunches! Lift your legs and arms at the same time as they meet in the middle. Repeat each move for 30 seconds for 3 rounds. GO! 🏻 3d

brisouth We've all been here - we get started on something, it's new & exciting, and most of all things are going OUR way. .
Whether it's with a weight loss journey, starting your own business, a new relationship, etc; each step in the beginning is FUN! .

But then we hit a plateau. We aren't seeing changes in our bodies, the scale won't budge, our temptations are at an ultimate HIGH & we just REALLY want that big piece of cake or greasy pizza that's been on our minds, or maybe we're now BROKE and reconsidering this whole entrepreneur thing...
.
But now what? Do you give up, decide "it's only one cheat meal", "i'll only skip one workout", "I'll start again Monday", or just purely tell yourself your DREAM was just too BIG & unrealistic???? Maybe you justify your excuse with "my genes just won't let me lose weight or get fit"...
.
I've been here, too many times to count! & guess what? I ALWAYS regretted not pushing forward. .
You push HARDER when things don't go your way. You find new strategies to change things up; you remind yourself WHY you started, and you get your head back in the game
.
Don't stand in one spot in high hopes things will change themselves, situations will disappear, and you will get off EASY.
.
Why live a life like that when you can set an example, be the change, and LOVE this life you've been given?!
