brisouth Garlic Roasted Cabbage This stuff has literally become one of my FAVORITES to snack on!

You'll need:
1 head of organic green cabbage 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
garlic powder OR @flavorgod garlic loves seasoning
pink Himalayan salt
ground pepper

To make:
preheat oven to 400F & cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut cabbage from top to bottom into 1" thick slices sprinkle both sides of cabbage with seasonings
roast for 25 minutes, then carefully flip the cabbage steaks and roast for an additional 30 minutes until edges are brown and crispy!

brisouth It's officially bathing suit season & idk about you but a few days ago I so wasn't feeling a swimsuit.
Post vacation had me bloated, fatigued, and so unmotivated to exercise!! So I decided to take on a whole food cleanse & I'm literally blown away by how I feel, look, and NEED you to experience the same thing!

brisouth It's not about having a 6 pack, a shredded physique, or having the best body on social media. At least not for me.
I was at a point I was so disgusted with how I looked in the mirror, that I would do anything to blur that image. I was going out 5-6 times a week, would drink until I didn't really remember, sleep all day and do it all over again.
I would go to the gym and do mounds of cardio hoping it would reverse the binge I just had and that maybe I wouldn't pack on any more weight even though I had just sat and ate enough food for 2 days.
Today I'm so grateful I came to the realization I was on a road of pure destruction. That if I didn't do something, no one could do it for me. I craved confidence, energy, and the feeling of self worth. This is so clique, but if I can do it, so can you. What's really holding you back? Use your fear of failing to drive yourself to make a change. It's not easy, but it's worth it.
