It's easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to others and become frustrated with false expectations. Sometimes to appreciate where you are you have to look back to see how far you've come.
This #TBT is from my season on #TheBiggestLoser with me and @JlynnJacobs climbing a mountain in New Zealand. We both looked back to see how far we had climbed, then looked up to see our goal in the distance.

It's a great feeling to have had someone be an inspiration to you and help shape the path you set yourself on...it's an even better feeling to meet that person face to face and thank them.
#BillyBlanks has always been a huge inspiration to me, especially when I first entered the fitness industry and his #taebo program was the #1 workout in the country. My capoeira-kickboxing class was similar and I remember thinking "I want to do an infomercial for my program someday". Years later I was on the airways with #RevAbs with @BeachbodyHQ. Thank you Billy for being a true inspiration to so many people around the world
