10 reps of each exercise for 10 supersets
keep the rests btwn supersets short
I am using a waterbag, but you can do bodyweight too
1st exercise is a Clean, Squat, Press (bodyweight version is the same motion with a jump)
2nd exercise is a Push Up, Plank, Drag (bodyweight version mix up the push up)
try to finish 10 rounds of these 2 exercises in under 20 minutes
