I always like finding ways to mix my functional and HIIT training with capoeira. It makes it WAY more fun and always kicks my a**! Today I played with a medball and took a boring routine to a badass routine. Keep mixing it up #FitFam!

  •   kelsprettygirl @bretthoebel is there a particular workout for the glutes that you can recommend to a pregnant woman? I despise flat backsides as a result of pregnancy. Lol! Anything you have out or on YouTube? 1w
  •   bretthoebel @kelsprettygirl really depends on the trimester, but we have a low impact free Booty workout on www.20minutebody.com right now. Just stay on the site for 60 secs and a pop up for the Booty workout will come up :) 1w
  •   bretthoebel @kelsprettygirl if you are in the 3rd trimester, do not do too many exercises where you are upside down and avoid any exercises with impact or crunches. 1w
