Kettlebell Windmill
Perform a biceps curl with the sandbag and press overhead.
Keep arms straight overhead with palm facing forward as you press your hips behind you and touch the floor with your free hand.
To protect you back, bend your front knee and keep your back knee straight as you press your hips behind you while looking up at the weight.

Last workout of the challenge TagTeamers! It's been inspiring and fun to see everyone participate and motivate one another. Today is the "Sao Paolo Six-Pack" workout...we're going to work that Core with some Brazilian Capoeira moves.
Capoeira Sit Up Knee Strike for 1 min with a 30 second rest, then Capoeira Sit Up Push Kick for 1 min with a 30 second rest. Complete 5 rounds total in 15 minutes!
Capoeira Sit Up Knee Strike: start on your back with your legs 3/4 straight, heels firmly on the ground, hands at your chest, with chin tucked and shoulder blades slightly lifted. Exhale as you sit up, then turn to your right into plank position as you pull your left knee to your chest as a knee strike. Turn back over and sit back down into the starting position. Repeat on the opposite side.
To make easier, do the plank on your knees.
To make more challenging, add a push up before the knee strike.
Capoeira Sit Up Push Kick: start on your back with your legs 3/4 straight, heels firmly on the ground, hands at your chest, with chin tucked and shoulder blades slightly lifted. Sit up and pull your right knee to your chest with toes flexed. At the top of the sit up, exhale as you push your knee and foot straight in front of you while bringing your arms to your right side with left elbow covering you face. Return the the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
To make easier, just lift your knee to your chest without doing the kick.
To make more challenging, rock your upper body back and forth, "shake & bake", on the way down to the starting position.

Today is the "Booty By Brett" workout! Time to get back to building that SHELF!
Round The World Capoeira Lunges for 1 minute, then Cross Booty Touches for 30 seconds, then rest 30 seconds. Repeat this superset for 5 rounds of Booty By Brett
Round The World Capoeira Lunges: alternate lunging forward on each leg, then alternate lunging sideways on each leg, then alternate lunging backwards on each leg. Add a slight duck and a floor touch to pit a little Capoeira spice into your lunge. Repeat this lunging sequence for 1 minute.
To make easier, don't do the Capoeira floor touch.
To make more Challenging, touch the floor with your palm completely flat.
Cross Booty Touches: sit on the ground on all 4's with your hands close to your hips and hips off the floor. Press your feet into ground to lift your hips higher, raise your left foot off the floor while touching it with your right hand. Drop your hips down to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
To make easier, allow your booty to touch the floor between reps.
To make more challenging, pick up the pace and touch the tippy top of your toes.
