brennnns Squatted a PR, 365x5. Then did two back down sets of 355 & 345x5. Finished with 315 for ten doubles on deadlift to practice finishing with my hips and keeping my lats tight. Bodyweight is under 170.
I had a bad week of squatting last week but started this one pretty good.
First 3 and my last reps are shown.

brennnns After squatting, 405 belt less and 440 with a belt. Most I ever pulled conventional before was 395 with a belt months ago.
Feels so much better on my hips.

brennnns Today didn't go as planned wanted 350 for ten for one set. Felt off on the first set so cut it at six and decided to go for several sets for reps.
Ended up getting 350x6,4,5,5.
Then I pulled conventional for a beltless and belted PR. 405 beltless, 440 with a belt.
My hips were not having sumo today.
This is the last rep of my first and last set.

Monday: 135x10, 185x10, 200x8, 205x7 paused
Tuesday: 215x8 TNG (video/PR)
Thursday: 190x10, 205x8, 215x6 (PR)
Not including additional closerish grip Monday, Tuesdays closerish grip and bench against bands, and Thursdays spotos.
Could've stayed tighter with my lats this week.. Going to be something I work on next week for sure.
