brennnns Congrats @kristospapanotis!! REPOST FROM @instapowerlifting: "Kristos Papanotis - recently went 10/10 and totalled 680kg (1500lb) at 67.5kg (148lb) - 10 times bodyweight.

He broke the all time world record squat with 265kg (584lb) and finished the day with a 300kg (661lb) Deadlift on his 4th attempt.

All this at 19 years of age.

brennnns Totaled 1113, and hit a 11lb deadlift PR. Went 7/9 so I was a little disappointed, but still had fun lifting with the team mana guys, they're super cool people.
I can't wait to train and make my next meet better.
