boulevardbeer Crown Town Ale, a golden blonde ale with hints of citrus contributed by orange peel and Lemon Drop hops, is being bottled today. We haven't determined a specific release date yet, but are targeting a date before the end of the year. Crown Town Ale will only be available in the Greater Kansas City Area.

  •   2bl_basement We are Home Brewers! That stuff might make some pretty cool funk! Especially after some Brett was added in. Did the new tank go in the old grain storage location? 1w
  •   boulevardbeer @2bl_basement Brettanomyces will never end up in this storage tank as we only inoculate Saison-Brett at an offsite bottling facility. Trust us, you really won't want to use our spent yeast to ferment homebrews. The old spent grain silo was moved out quite a while ago and a hot liquor tank sits in its place. 1w
