I bet you didn't know that it is difficult for the body to differentiate hunger from thirst. Wooooord!!! If you don't drink enough water throughout the day, you may mistake thirst for hunger and eat more than you really need to. (So now you're F'ing up your diet). If you drink an 8-oz. glass of water when you first feel hungry , then it may reduce your hunger or completely erase it.

STEP 1: WRITE IT DOWN (that should be easy ... Cause you always instagraming and shyt) -Write down your energy level and any physical activity you perform. Take you weight weekly. The benefit of this is to be able to compare weight loss from week to week; NOT DAILY!!!! Clothing is a great way to gauge your results

STEP 2: NO SKIPPING
Skipping meals will cause the body to go into starvation mode, which decreases metabolism and forces the body to store fat. Try six smaller meals or add snacks during the day to keep you from feeling starved as opposed to three larger meals, which leads to a greater chance of overeating. DRINK MAD WATER

STEP 3: GET THAT A$$ MOVING!!!!!!!
