In the top pic Miki is talking about how beautiful the layers of pork and fat are from Jindong free range pork - one of the very few free range pork farmers in WA. blueapocalypse This delicious bowl of noodle soup was vegan! Kway Teaw Noodle Soup from the Perth International Vegetarian and Vegan Food Fair today at the South Perth Community Centre. It contained rice noodles, soya sauce, spices, gluten balls and various vegetarian mock meats. 1w

You get more chillies and fish sauce hits in the best baguette bread going around. Never ask for the original, get the original plus @levietnamcafe 2w

blueapocalypse My first Catering Gig! My friend asked me to cater for his film shoot this weekend so I made food for the crew/actors/make up artist (~10 people). On the menu was katsu sando (Japanese deep fried pork chop sandwich) and a vegetarian version with deep fried field mushrooms, chicken banh mi, potato and bean salad with Asian pesto, mini pumpkin and feta pastries, plus chocolate cake and lemon slice to sweeten the deal :) 2w
