blogilates So guess what!? I did POP Pilates with the singer of one of my fave bands, @Echosmith! This is @sydneysierota. She's only 18 and has an incredible voice and a skyrocketing music career! She's following her passion and I LOVE THAT.

Sydney wanted to learn some simple but super effective butt lifting moves that didn't require any equipment, so that she could easily do them while on tour! Well here are the 3 moves that I taught her.

1. Bridge pulse x 30
2. Single legged bridge pulse x 20 ea side
3. Single legged down dog pulse x 20 ea side
