blogilates This is the YUMMIEST pasta I've ever had! Those are high protein, high fiber, gluten free black bean spaghetti and they literally took about 5 min to boil. They taste soooo perfect and al dente! For the sauce I sautéed some garlic then added edamame, corn, ground beef, and zucchini before adding the marinara sauce. blogilates Happy Sunday morning beautiful people!!! I looooove seeing your breakfast recreations of the banana pancake! Look how professional you've gotten. I'm super proud! ️ If you want to try, just take 1 ripe banana and 2 eggs, blend them together, and pour the batter on your pan on medium low heat. Flip when there's tiny bubbles on the surface. blogilates You know what I hear all the time? "I'm eating clean and training so hard and my body just won't change!!" Even though I think some people THINK they're eating clean and they're not (please write food down in your fit journal and be honest with yourself), I also know that one of the following 3 reasons may be your underlying culprit:

1. You're STRESSED.
High stress = high level of cortisol = increased belly fat.

2. You're NOT SLEEPING ENOUGH!
Increased levels of cortisol. Lower levels of Growth Hormone which when at normal levels, encourages fat loss, a healthy immune system and keeps your organs functioning.

3. You're DEHYDRATED.
When you're not drinking enough water, your liver (which is your fat metabolizer) has to do double duty and help our your kidneys. This makes the liver less efficient and therefore slows down your metabolism!
