Ingredients for 1 serving:

1 handful of fresh strawberries
1 handful of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of water
1 stevia packet (2 if you like it sweet)

Blend and that's it!!! Tastes so good!!

blogilates Can't tell you how much I love sashimi salad. It's refreshing, full of flavor, and the fish is buttery soft. My fave is yellowtail. So wanna hear a funny story? One time back in Boston when I was a struggling little Pilates instructor and I had this addiction to sushi, I decided I could save money by buying raw fish then cutting it myself. Don't worry! It was grade A sashimi status fish from Whole Foods! But ummmm...can I just say that preparing your own raw fish versus being served raw fish makes SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE!? I felt really weird. Not physically or anything from eating it. Like...emotionally. I felt like I was eating... raw... skinned... fish. Not sashimi. Ya feel me? Let's just say never again. 2d

  •   nicolee_yang When I was getting into split in any inversion, the biggest tip I got was to arch my back as if you were doing a backbend upside down and slowly allow your body to tip back. The first couple of times I did this, I tipped back and I fell. This happened a lot until I found some stability and confidence. I hope this tip helped you into your quest. PS I love you and your videos you are the reason I began to give pirates recognition. Thank you 10h

blogilates Ohhh just made this beauty this morning and let me tell you - it's creamy, smooth, DELISH and slightly crunchy! I call it the Fig Power Smoothie!! Great for a morning treat!

For 1 serving:

2 fresh figs
4-5 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen mango
1 TBS peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

The seeds from the fig give an unexpected but delightful crunch! I know you'll love this combination!
