blogilates Vegan Quesadilla

1/2 avocado
1 small roma tomato, diced
2-3 TBS of green onion or chives sliced
2 tsp. nutritional yeast
2 medium low carb tortillas

Spread the avocado on one of the tortillas then sprinkle nutritional yeast on top. Then add the other ingredients, close with the other tortilla, heat on a pan, flip, cut, eat. This is so you good!!! You won't even understand til you try!
Macros: 290 cals, 12g protein, 18g fat, 27g carbs

1. Standing side crunch x 12 ea side
2. Standing criss-cross x 20 alternating
3. Body rolls x 15 sec each side
4. Hip squares x 10 clockwise and 10 counter clockwise

End with major standing hip circles and go crazy! Go as fast as you can! Make sure that with every move you are engaging your abs.

I am quite thin but I still have a lot of body fat if that make sence. I cant really keep my back straight and I am the least flexible person I know .. the only thing I can do is Run, Everything else leaves me feeling dizzy. I do eat healthy I just dont know where to begin in improving my body. I try to stretch everyday I just dont see any results. Should i First try to lose some Body fat or Hit the gym to build some muscles. Pilates clases leave me feeling Bad about myself and my posture. 1d

1. Football runs
2. Leg up crunches
3. Skaters
4. Up up down downs
5. Split squat jumps
6. Squat with side leg lift.

I love doing these quick circuits that target my entire body. I do 4 rounds, I go super hard. I take a 30 sec rest in between.

blogilates Many of you may not know this, but I am a HUGE Michael Jackson fan. His lyrics, his music, and his intense movement are so inspirational to me. Because of him, I taught myself how to dance as my "talent" for a pageant I entered when I was 16. I remember moonwalking across the stage - sparkly glove, fedora, and high white socks...crowd went WILD!!! I ended up taking home the crown that night . The only 2 artists that I am truly fanatic about are MJ and @taylorswift. I am so thankful to have met Taylor. Unfortunately, Michael passed away before I had a chance to see him in concert. But tonight's cirque du soleil show brought him back to life for me. It was so cool. I felt so much energy vibrating through my body. His music really is universal and timeless.
