beth_schaub My day today! Made cinnamon roll favors for my friend Ashley's bridal shower this morning! I am so excited for her and am so honored to be apart of her special day! So much fun! Then this afternoon I went to the gym to squeeze in just 30 mins cardio before my family got home (and since my gym closes at 8 on Saturday's 😑) So excited to put my feet up and relax tonight! 😴 6mon

beth_schaub This is why I work out with my friend Amy! Over an hour of heavy lifting along with HIIT cardio and dead mills! (That means you run as fast as you can on a treadmill that is off for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest for 8 sets!) Oh and calluses means we mean business! 6mon

beth_schaub Summer vacation is officially over at our house (I miss my babies!) I was a little thrown off with new a new schedule and things being crazy, but today I finally figured it out! It's been about a week since I was at the gym last so it felt SO GOOD and I have been in the best mood since! I haven't felt this happy since my last workout! #therapy 6mon

beth_schaub Guys! I just had my very first Acaí bowl!!!! My friend Sarah posted yesterday that Costco now carries Acaí smoothie packs and how delicious homemade bowls are! I have always heard amazing things about them, but now I can make my own! Seriously SOOO good! beth_schaub Bam! 9 meals done and ready for next week! This week was a total flop, not gonna lie. It started well, but we had a huge family reunion camping trip and I just didn't eat well at all! beth_schaub It's almost the end of week 3!!! The scale has gone down 7 lbs since I started and I can tell I have totally lost inches in my midsection too! Almost all of my tamales have been picked up, my workout is done for the day and I'm getting my hair done by the best stylist ever @kandibrown3 ITS FRIDAY!!!! 7mon

beth_schaub I had accidentally overslept my alarm by 30 minutes this morning ... I was contemplating just going back to sleep since I was already late and I have 20 dozen tamales to make over the next couple days. Then I saw this quote it gave me the push I needed to get out of bed! Gym is done for the day and now I feel amazing and ready to take on the huge 35 lb tub of masa I mixed up last night waiting for me in my fridge #tamaletuesday 7mon

beth_schaub HALLELUJAH! I broke my plateau!!!!! 20+ weeks of working out at LEAST 4-5 days a week while eating healthy for the most part and I was watching my calories and I definitely saw some change, but two weeks of paying attention to my macros and pushing myself a little harder at the gym (but the biggest change for sure has been my eating) and I finally am leaning out! Don't worry, eat 1500-1800 calories a day 😛 I have dropped weight!! I have slowly been gaining since Feb because I have been putting on muscle so it's a big deal for me. Super happy Friday!!!!!!!! 7mon

beth_schaub A beautiful mess haha! Welcome, Week 2! Made it to the gym 5 days last week and then took a nice relaxing 30 min walk last night. Hub's 30th birthday was last week to so I did choose to have a cheat meal at Charleston's, which was their amazingggg salmon Caesar salad 😛. Meals are doing great otherwise and working on a meal plan for the family reunion because it worked out so well bringing my own food last time I went camping! Egg whites + 1 whole egg and oats + Earth Balance + Walden Farms Syrup down the hatch! HAPPY MONDAY! 7mon

beth_schaub Didn't get a chance to post yesterday, but hello, Week 1! Following a new cutting diet plan and workout routine and I'm super committed! Made 4 meals of salmon, broccoli and brown rice/quinoa for the next couple days and today I'll make some chicken meals. Also drinking 1 gallon of water and shooting for NO cheats this month! (We will see... If I do it will be a bite or two every once in a while.) #letsdothis 7mon
