beth_schaub Cardio and tried out some #HIIT on the dreadmill. It was awful during, but after I cooled down I felt soooooo good! After, I went to @sproutsfm and stocked up on some raw almonds, Justin's Almond Butter, my favorite Quest Bars 😛 and some organic brown rice cakes! #BRINGIT 6d

beth_schaub Today's burn! I had a breakthrough last night when I went to take Harley on a walk. I was feeling pretty good and he was pulling a bit so... we ran... and we didn't stop and it felt SO GOOD! I've been using the elliptical a lot at the gym lately because it's easier to control my heart rate and I sweat so much more (ew lol) and it was such a nice surprise to run 20 mins straight and actually ENJOY it! like I didn't once feel like I was gonna die haha. #smallvictories 2w

beth_schaub That feeling when you race your time and kick its butt!! I always try to burn more calories than time spent (so if I spend 40 mins doing cardio, I want to burn at least 400 calories.. Make sense? ) I did basically 50 mins of straight cardio, sweat my rear end off, and wanted to be done {almost} every minute of it, but now that I'm done I feel amazing! #itsalmostfriday 4w

beth_schaub Good morning!! Cardio, upper body and abs done for the day! While I was at the gym this morning I saw the quote about how muscles are torn in the gym and built during rest and I really like that statement a lot! Helps remind us why rest days and listening to our body is so important! The 5 lbs of fat vs. 5 lbs of muscle pic also caught my eye because it is a great visual reminder! I am on week 14 and while I have only lost about 4 lbs, I have noticed a huge improvement on how my clothes are fitting! Just goes to show the scale sucks! happy #humpday ! 4w

Some cardio, upper body and abs this morning (top pic) and Saturday we went to the park as a family and Hubs played with the kids while I went for a quick 20 min run around the area (bottom pic!) beth_schaub #PROOF honestly the first time I have felt normal and had actual energy to work out since being sick last weekend!!! Felt soooooooo good to sweat! Oh and I made it all the way until the 26th (when I had 103.5 fever) of #nocheatapril completely clean! 1mon

beth_schaub Cardio and abs done! That was all I had energy for, but believe me it felt so good to be out of bed! My temp got up to 103.5 yesterday and then finally broke last night and I woke up this morning and have been temp free all day (my doctor tells me once the temp is gone on its own, you're not contagious anymore so I wasn't spreading germs) and other than that horrible fever, I have still not had one other symptom! Going back in the morning to get back on my beloved gym schedule and to lift some weights! Good night! 1mon

beth_schaub Yesterday's upper body workout on top and the bottom is this from my cardio and abs sesh this morning! I love racing the clock and burning more calories than time spent! I always try to stay within my target heart rate though! Protein shake and a banana for breakfast and #nocheatapril is almost done! Do something to get your heart rate going today for at least 30 mins today! 1mon
