I am NOT a morning person so this is tough for me but successful people do the things unsuccessful people are not willing to do. So I woke up early. Because I will not be out-hustled. :) 4h

beckarobinson I didn't buy new clothes for years. I thought I lost my sense of style turns out I had just lost my groove. Feeling so unhappy and uncomfortable in my skin made me want to hide in dark colors (still love them) and oversized items. I called it "boho". Turns out it was really just insecure. My jeans are all too lose again so I went to a local 2nd hand shop that I'd been hearing good things about called Style Encore. Shopping used to ruin my day. I'd go in with high hopes and have to leave empty handed when size 12s were too tight and XL didn't fit either. Today, I loved everything I tried on! Sure I have areas I'm still working on, but I felt a sense of excitement trying on things I loved that would have not fit before or looked unflattering. Like that peach romper. It's the tits. And those grey jeans from Express... They are size 4!!!! I never thought I'd see the day. But more than that, I feel incredible in them! I also snagged a @topshop slouchy top and am awesome Gap Athetics jacket and some fun summer heels. Date night isn't gonna know what hit it!!! 15h

beckarobinson ASIAN CHICKEN BY BECKA // Sauté diced chicken in coconut oil. Meanwhile let 2 tbs tamari (or coconut anions if you're strict Paleo), 2tbs chili garlic sauce, minced garlic, and 2 tbs water reduce in a small pan. Add green onions to the reduction. When the chicken is cooked pour the sauce into the pan with the meat, add broccolini and cook till they are wilted. Garnish with more green onions. Enjoy!!!! 16h

beckarobinson Lunchtime on this beautiful Sunday. I'm both living to eat and eating to live. Because eating clean, balanced, and about 90% #paleo means that my meals are delicious and satisfying. This girl likes her flavor! Lunch today was a simple salad made of organic spring mix drizzled with olive oil and champagne vinegar (so tasty!) and 2 little grassfed beef burger patties stuffed with jalapeños and fresh garlic! beckarobinson CHEAT CLEAN! My favorite sodas of all time... @drysoda lavender! I love these because they don't have a ton of sugar and have only 4 ingredients: bubble water, cane sugar, lavender, phosphoric acid. So much better as a treat than traditional soda. And their flavors are amazing! 7d

I have so many people ask me how I do the 21 Day Fix nutrition plan Paleo so I figured if go back to posting my daily menus. Hopefully it inspires you and helps you see that Paleo is healthy AND delicious!
Yesterday might be my favorite Paleo day yet! Look at that food! Full disclosure, I are 1 extra protein serving yesterday because it was sooooo good. I'm gonna break it down so you can see how everything fits! my daily allowance: - 4 protein servings
- 3 veggie servings
- 2 carbohydrate servings - 2 fruit servings
- 1 healthy fats serving
- 1 nuts/seeds/salad dressing serving
- 2 tsps oil My breakfast: 1 egg omelette with turkey and pickled jalapeños =
Mid-morning snack: vegan chocolate shakeology with coconut milk cream, 1/2 banana, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice =
Late lunch: tuna, spinach and spring mix lettuces, 1 beefsteak tomato, olive oil, vinegar, and spices =
Dinner: Cuban chicken breast with cucumber and tomato salad, avocado dressing, and fried plantains =

beckarobinson The #consistency train isn't tough to stay on when you feed your senses and your sense of adventure at each meal! This lunch is inspired by a salad I had at a local restaurant called Xtokos. Greens with a drizzle of oil and vinegar, a sliced beefsteak tomato, @wildplanetfoods tuna, and some herbs and spices! So fresh, delicious, and filling. I'm having trouble finishing it. On the 21 day fix this counts as an oil, 1 red, and 2 greens () what did you eat for lunch? 1w

beckarobinson Remember 72 hours ago when I decided to jump right back into my consistent Paleo/shakeology/workouts routine? And remember how I said I could have just told myself that I'd start Monday but I was choosing to START anyway. Now it's Monday and I'm already seeing a huge difference! The vacation bloat is almost all gone, my obliques are popping back out, that pooch under my belly button is flattening back out, I feel more energized and less grouchy. And more that anything I'm proud that I gave myself such a head start by just STARTing!
My next Challenge group is in registration right now! A month of commitment to consistency and a community of awesome people right there with ya. Good job!" :) Got this #freshandclean weekly haul for 3 IN BUDGET (and trust me our grocery budget is MODEST) by shopping in season, around the perimeter of the store with our meal plan in mind. Tell me again how you can't afford to eat healthfully? You can make excuses, or you can make it happen. Like my mama always says, "If there's a will, there's a way!" 1w

Since our meat portions are smaller were saving a ton of money, and I bought NO processed food except for some oatmeal. You can afford to eat healthy! 1w

beckarobinson I can feel such a huge difference in myself emotionally and mentally when I lose consistency in my daily workouts and personal development. The last two weeks I fell out of sync and tonight I ordered myself to jump back onto the #consistencytrain I know it's Friday night and I could have easily said, "I'll start Monday." But even though it's Friday, starting today gives me a three day lead against starting Monday and 72 hours is nothing to scoff at!!! If you have let your consistency slip don't worry, the great thing about #livingbydesign is that YOU are the decision maker and you can decide to get on track starting right now!
Am I asking you to be perfect? To change everything tonight? No! I'm asking you to just START with 1 better choice. Fear will tell you that you can't start until you are perfect because you'll probably fail if everything isn't in line. Regret will tell you it's too late for this week anyway. Fear forces you to live in the what ifs of the future. Regret forces you to live in the decisions of the past. I want you to live in THIS MOMENT because it is the only moment that you can affect.

#coachsays go push play on a workout. Or say no to that late night junk food. Or turn off Netflix and go read some personal development. And commit to SIMPLE healthy choices this weekend. And we'll all be 72 hours ahead of everyone else who says they'll start Monday! That's how you make it happen friends. *LIKE* if you are re-commuting with me!
