beautifullypure Breakfast porridge 🌞 I dl oats, 2.5 dl water, 1 grated apple, 1 grated carrot, 2 tbs full fat coconut milk, 1 ts maca & cinnamon & ginger. Oh and raisins You may have noticed that I rarely use any receipes... I prefer to just throw things together and see if it turns out good And this sure did! 4w

beautifullypure This is a pic from couple hours ago when I was just starting my relaxed friday evening I had a little sauna streching session and afterwards I did an avocado banana mask to my face & I moisturized my body with organic cold pressed olive oil (my skin is really dry especially during winter so it almost like drinks oil) And now I'm laying in freshly changed sheets watching netflix and eating apples Every inch of my body and mind is super relaxed and oh man it feels good. This really is a heaven of some kind... Hope you have made the most of your friday too 4w
