bbrtuning The 6th St Bridge Meet last night is one I'll remember for a long time. It felt really special, and I met a lot of new people there. The darkness was fun but not great for pics. #6thstbridge #6thstreetbridge #garagewelt #CPVleaks #dtla @nina_laila @l.yudmil 3w

bbrtuning Today marks the beginning of the demolition of 6th Street Bridge, built 84 years ago. And that's all I know about it so sorry no inspirational quotes. Glad I got to see it and the LA River before it's closed! #theonlynegativethinginlifeshouldbecamber 1mon
  •   onpointmachining Why are they tearing it down? Saw news reports of water gushing through those canals. Look very dry now. 4w
  •   bbrtuning @onpointmachining Supposedly it's falling apart and is in risk of collapse.. The new one planned for completion in 2018 looks pretty cool though. 4w
  •   onpointmachining Hopefully the new one is made with integrity. The new Bay Bridge had issues from the get-go. 4w

TURN UP THE VOLUME

Tuning @sungkangsta FuguZ at GReddy, quick 91 octane tune. Final full tune will happen after SEMA, can't wait to see what it puts down! This was ~8000RPM, should rev quite a lot higher. So proud of everyone involved in this incredible project! Met some amazing people in only the last few days being involved in it.. #fuguz #DreamZ #aeminfinity

bbrtuning @oprah help us out! // Jose @kaizen_motorsports and I were talking about how useful backpressure sensors are for so many reasons. It really is critical for any serious build (even NA cars). 4mon

This may be the first Infinity controlling the factory JDM 2JZ VVTi DBW throttle system. Super stoked about this, PIDs were a little tricky but may be the fact it's ancient as far as DBW systems go. That said it's a fantastically accurate and fast responding system considering its age and the #AEMinfinity controls it perfectly. . ・・・
"@aemelectronics infinity six controlling #vvti and #flybywire throttle body from aristo/supra vvti. After tweaking the PiD's @bbrtuning started to setup fuel and timing to @dw_derrick #2jzgte wired up using one of our plug and play harnesses for #mk3. I've yet to see anyone control this throttle body with any of the infinity ecu's. Now there is no need to ditch the fly by wire. You can see at the end that the system is responsive. #vvticult #kaizenbuilt #kaizenmotorsports #aem #infinity @compturbo"

  •   bbrtuning BTW this throttle system uses a traditional pedal and cable that actuates potentiometers on the throttle body. However when the DBW system is active it is actually in full control of the blade angle. The difference with this system, and Toyota's (now outdated) "fail safe" system was to, in the event of a throttle motor failure, attempt to both return the blade to a closed position but also allow the driver to modulate the blade roughly 20% through the throttle linkage. When the DBW system is functional though the motor is the one doing the work. I'm sure this was partly because ECU systems were not as advanced back then especially when it came to safety. 4mon

bbrtuning New Kinsler ITB setup on the dyno for a retune. This particular Singer Vehicle Design Porsche is a 4.0L that makes just under 400BHP. All Singers run AEM Infinity ECUs. Always an honour to work on these cars! #aircooled #everythingisimportant #AEMinfinity 5mon
