ashleysirmans Very true. Unfortunately ladies, fat loss is systematic and there is no such thing as spot reduction. As you go down in body fat, you do lose breast tissue, mainly because it's fat itself. But don't let that deter you from reaching your fitness goals. I rather have a nice ass than big boobs any day. At least those can be bought. However I love my A cup, wouldn't trade my muscles for anything different. 2w
