  •   chrisandtrace I'm not one for diet labels as I think we are all different and our individual needs are all completely different....some thrive on eating meat and some vegan etc, there is scientific evidence for each extreme therefore I feel if you listen to your body it will tell you. For me personally I'm still working on this journey and hope over the next few months I'll have a clearer picture of what my body requires x 2w

  •   angelamlutz Agreed @thesoulnutrition it is a careful balance and keen ability to become un-opinionated enough to listen to the intuitive cries of our bodies rather than be boxed into the confines of any particular diet (not an easy task). We are all biochemically individual and our need for nutrients change from meal to meal, month to month and year to year. Testimony of healing from disease through both lifestyles is indeed truth as I find disease lies within the extremes of clients who become to acidic (i.e Paleo) or alkaline (i.e Vegan) and begin to thrive and heal as they swing to the other side of the pendulum.
