ashamichibata letting go is the hardest thing to do but is the best thing to move on to a better life. Packing my stuff to move out and found my gym gloves! So I decided to leave the room looking like I've been robbed and just start working out. Light #yoga today. Let it rest for awhile. But instead work more on my arm strength.

ashamichibata Good morning beautiful people. Its gonna be miracle monday. Feel lucky to be able to breath and open my eyes to see the world again. start my day with a simple #sirsasana or #headstand which proven to have so much benefit. Let me just share my top 5 benefits of headstands!
#1 Improves blood flow to the eyes - when u flip over, u will be sending extra oxygen and nutrient rich blood to the head, and that means more will be getting to ur eyes.
#2 improves digestion - the effect of the reverse gravity to ur organs will help move stuck material, release trapped gas, as well as improved blood flow to all important digestive organs.
#3 Decrease fluid build up in the legs, ankles, and feet - reversing the effects of gravity on your body fluid will help to flush out build up water in the legs, relieving the uncomfortable feeling of edema.
#4 Develop strenght in the core muscle - this asana rely on ur core strenght to hold ur leg up and ur balance throughout the pose.

I recalled this as a travelers night. Too much amazing stories in the past and the future. Yoga in India, volunteering in Micronesia, trekking in Nepal, work and holiday in Oz. Can't wait to "escape" this comfort zone xx
