aren86 After about 7 meals and polishing off 4 chicken breasts at 11pm I took a cheeky snap and was surprised! Finally seeing body fat back push down to 5% again!
Enjoying myself with desserts and food and eating more and more, but maintaining my average macros for the week. Calories being consistent are crucial. I don't cut carbs or fats and focus on working harder than most in the allocated time I have available and pushing my boundaries and maintaining a high amount of macros!! It's now time to really push on and make some progress. #back today!! #deadlifts

  •   aren86 Yes buddy I count them everyday! Weighing everything. Across 7 days my average is between 2500/2750. (6ft 73kg). 2w
  •   aren86 In re: to exercise, football 2/3 times a week 60 minutes, weight training 3/4 times with occasional boxing/bootcamps. Try and do 7/8 activities a week for an hour. Not sure about deficit or surplus, but use myfitness pal and up24 jawbone to sync my activities and food intake- find it useful 2w
