angiepillars Today as I wash my husband's uniforms, I am praying for all the law enforcement wives out there who have lost their husbands. I'm sure they would love the chance to deal with dirty uniforms again. ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ Today my husband, as well as countless other LEOs, are honoring the service & life of OHP Trooper Nicholas Dees who died in the line of duty this week. I can't help but cry thinking of his sweet family & the ache they must feel with his absence.

Overall, the day went well nutritionally. Breakfast, snacks & dinner were great! Struggled at lunch a little & didn't really eat. Tomorrow is another chance!

angiepillars This pregnancy has been a challenge for me. I spent almost 5 of the last 6 1/2 months miserably sick. Healthy food & proper nutrition was NOT on my radar. No food was on my radar actually & I lost 24lbs the first 3 months of pregnancy.
I'm finally not sick 24/7 & I SHOULD be eating more. But I'm not. So I'm going to use my little containers to make sure I'm getting the right portions of the right foods! While my goal is different now than when I started using these containers, they will help me focus on getting the nutrition that Hadley & I need to get thru the next 3 months.
Only 3 months left?!?! How did that happen????

This is one of my fave cold weather staples. You can use whatever meat & veggies you have on hand. Whip up some cornbread & your meal is complete!
