angelngji A cult gin from Mahon in Menorca. Xoriguer is made in wood-fired potstills from distilled wine (eau-de-vie) rather than the more usual grain-based distillate, and is rested in American oak barrels before bottling. There isn't much going on except for a strong juniper flavour which I enjoyed tremendously. If you like American's New Deal No. 1 gin you will like this too! 3w

angelngji Saffron Gin is produced in Dijon, France by the distillers at Gabriel Boudier, the well-known French distillery. It is lovely and filled with flavours when drank as shots. However, I couldn't finish it as G&T. The finishing was too long till it is hard to enjoy after the 5th sip. Best enjoy on the rocks with lemon wedge. 3w
