angeliqueseats East meets West (squared)

Freshly caught spot prawns (courtesy of my awesome colleague), and Ontario's finest fiddleheads. The spot prawns were prepared simply with pepper, lemon, and butter. The fiddleheads were steamed and ice bathed before getting tossed in a home made dressing of tamari, sesame oil, mustard, grape seed oil, and rice vinegar. This is my therapy after a long day; and another tomorrow. My head is almost clear again. Happy Wednesday. #nofilter

angeliqueseats Green curry with purple rice, a colour and taste explosion. So yesterday I bought a pre-cooked chicken from the grocery store, and broke it down for chicken salad. I had chicken salad for dinner, and lunch. Tonight I used the remainder to make a spicy green curry with pea, cilantro and extra garlic. And I'll have it again for lunch tomorrow. Not bad for an $8 birdie. 2mon
