amy_donovan Parmesan-Paprika Potato Chips - My favorite quick, simple, delicious snack to bring to holiday parties. They take less than 10 minutes to make + are crazy addictive. =) I'll post the recipe below in the first comment, for anyone who wants it! 2w
  •   amy_donovan Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 5 cups kettle-cooked potato chips (one large bag, I use @CapeCodPotatoChips ) evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until oil appears, 6-7 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together 1 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon salt, + 1/8 tsp pepper. Remove chips from oven, and immediately toss with cheese/spice mixture. Serve warm. 2w

amy_donovan Sometimes the simplest recipes are the tastiest. Chicken breasts pounded flat, dipped in egg, breaded with panko/parmesan/herbs, then sautéed in olive oil until perfectly crispy. Mmmmm. 4w

amy_donovan Converted my favorite Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake recipe into muffins! Buttery cake with a chocolate/cinnamon-sugar layer in the middle, + a crunchy cinnamon-sugar topping. Excuse me while I eat the entire batch. =) 4w
  •   girlbythelake Wow. Hope you're sharing the recipe soon! 4w
  •   amy_donovan @girlbythelake Here you go! http://www.fearlesshomemaker.com/2012/01/chocolate-chip-coffee-cake/ Follow the amounts exactly, but instead of using a square baking dish, grease 2 muffin tins (or line with paper muffin cups). This will make 16 regular-sized muffins. Fill each cup 1/3 full with batter, then the cinnamon-sugar layer, then choco chips, then another 1/3 full with batter, then the rest of the cinnamon-sugar + chocolate chips. Each cup should be a bit over 2/3 full by the time you're done. Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy! =) 4w
