alyshiawatson_ I'm just so proud of this photo how can I not post it I perfected my very own recipe of bliss balls and I looooove them! Make them and eat them instead of a chocolate bar and your body will love you, I promise! Recipe:
1g of Stevia
80g of Protein Powder (can use chocolate or vanilla)
20g of cocoa powder (add more or less depending on how chocolatey you want them!)
100g of Sustagen Powder (if you use chocolate protein powder you probably won't need this, and just add more of that but if you use vanilla then it's defiantly a must!!)
15g of Chia Seeds
50g of Sesame Seeds
70g of Almonds (finely, finely chopped)
45g of Organic Honey
50g of Coconut oil (melted)
Shredded coconut to roll in!
Mix all together in a bowl, adding water as necessary until a sticky consistency is formed, roll into 20g balls and roll in the shredded coconut, then leave them in the fridge and you're done! Enjoy
