aly_allen The toughest lessons are given to you at the most inconvenient times. Outside rein is bad, bad news. Safe to say I came to my senses and broke this habit after the second go in Wyoming 1w

aly_allen Okay, today has sparked a fire in me and I'm determined to get my word out. Although Lyme Disease is not the very worst thing that can happen to you, it is something I never wish for anyone to go through. Not many people know about Lyme..so here's an over view: It is caused by the bite of a tick, not every tick has it. Most people claim that once you've been bit by an infected tick a bullseye rash occurs- THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN EVERY TIME. If you know you've been bitten by a tick whether you develop the classic flu-like symptoms and achey feeling or not, PLEASE go to your doctor and get started on antibiotics asap. If not treated right away the bacteria can make its way to different parts of your body and hide, making it harder to treat. Over that time it changes to Chronic Lyme disease, which goes misdiagnosed for long periods 80% of the time. The lyme infection can go into and affect nearly every organ and system in your body. Chronic Lyme can be mistaken for over 500 diseases from crohns, fibro, rheumatoid arthritis and even ALS in severe cases. The tick population has been growing rapidly and Lyme Disease is becoming more and more common. Education is the best prevention. #lymediseaseawarness 3w
