alices Today, my friends, I totally voluntarily ran a half marathon before lunch. Along the frozen canals of London (and if I'm honest I felt like I ran way out of London). The towpath was feeling me, I think. #immarunamarathon #training 1w

alices Marathon training is back on. This morning was hill sprint intervals (*barf*) but the rewards are great. And not just when you find treats for the expat in your life. #immarunamarathon 1w
  •   beetrootviking Hey A! I ran (literally) into Edward and Thomas yesterday. Made me think we must catch up soon! When are you next in London? 1w
  •   alices @beetrootviking oh man were my brothers having lunch without me again?! I'm still in London, for another 6 months. Definitely up for catch ups soon. Just let me know when! x 1w

  •   loose_puppies What's going on with that woman's beard in the background? 3w
  •   alices @loose_puppies mud. You literally grab the slimiest, slipperiest mud from the sea floor and then smear it all over yourself. "For the minerals" apparently. I couldn't even stand up on it let alone smear it. 3w
  •   loose_puppies Hahaha I love it. 3w

alices View out from Jerusalem. Still bonkers. Climbed through tiny tunnels (with only minor hyperventilation) to get this one. 3w

alices Jerusalem is bonkers and a touch on the chilly side. Arrived at the hotel last night looking chic and relaxed. 3w

alices Said goodbye to the Sea of Galilee at first light this morning. Heading into the desert. Or dessert, if my stomach is to be believed. 3w

alices I'm trying my very hardest not to spam you all with pictures from the Holy Land. But wow. This is from a mountain shaped like a camel. Vultures were wheeling overhead (huge), to the bottom left is an ancient synagogue, and in the distance you can see the Sea of Galilee, around which we have been travelling for 2 days and across which we sailed this morning. This land is something else. 3w
